“This is my third year of insuring through Go Girl. They have consistently offered me the lowest renewal quote. Customer service has been great and when I have needed to make adjustments to my policy this has been done quickly and efficiently. Fantastic I would definitely recommend.”
“Cheapest insurance for my 18yr old daughter but as others have said there are hidden extras I.e hidden compulsory extra excess charges for young drivers that you don't really see until you read the small print on your documents later so expect to pay up to an extra £200 on top of agreed compulsory and voluntary exsess. As for service I don't really know yet but I have to send in a lot of information which is a huge inconvenience”
“Go Girl consistently comes up with the lowest priced quotations which is how I connected in the first place. However, at renewal time, the renewal price is considerably higher than an online quotation for a new customer. I renewed last year by effectively letting the old policy lapse and signing up again as a new customer, with all the inherent hassle of sending documents again. This year I was minded to change because of this silly policy but decided to go ahead the same way. If Go Girl does value existing customers they could simply allow renewal at the online price - that would save everybody time and effort, and irritation. Let's see next year.”
“Always the best quote, friendly, efficient staff and very clear emails and documentation. What more do yo want? No idea how well they deal with claims and don't really want to know(!) but I suspect that they're as good at this as thay are arranging cover. Oh, did I mention that you don't have to be a girl to be insured with them?”
