“Took out a policy, within hours they wanted driving licence copies, so I did that. Then they wanted a copy of the V5, so I did that. They then queried that the V5 states 55hp but the details that I submitted state 54hp! I twas stated to me that I ticked the box to state all details were correct, which I did in good faith. I used Go Compares auto look up to find my car so presumed that when it came up with the correct car that the hp would be correct! It seems you are supposed to check your V5 against this, so be warned, the "find my car" tab and you thinking that the details are correct, isn't necessarily the case!”

“Go girl was my first insurance when I passed my test, as expected the first year was very expensive but after 2 years it dropped dramatically! This was good for me !”

“Everything with this insurance was ok until I had an accident on the road. I phoned this insurance up and they were really good with explaining the claim however, failed to communicate to me about my insurance. I was told my car was in the garage by the insurance and when I phoned the garage they said it was picked up a couple of days before. Also, the amount that I had to pay for fixing my car was more than they had said on my policy documents. The person who was assigned to my claim was very rude and sounded uninterested on the phone to talk to me. The insurance also did not inform DVLA that my car was taken off the road so I loss money through the DVLA as well. This insurance seems to only car about the money and not their customers.”
