“The quote was excellent, but the website felt a bit old fashioned and on the iPad difficult to read and use. There was a point where I wanted to say I'd had my licence for 2 months and it was only ok when I said for zero months - so I guess I'm saying it's because I wanted to join you that I persevered, other wise I may have given up, sorry - I am a customer now😊”

“When my daughter went from being provisional to a full licence holder I called to to ask for price changes. Was then sent a short curt text saying if we don't get back to them within 7 days insurance would be cancelled. I was told if we cancelled we would be getting £70ish refund. We decided to cancel the insurance a few days after... We only got a £40 refund. An expensive week where my newly driving daughter couldn't drive! Dont rate their after sales service!”
