Interestingly, I'm now on my third policy this year, all underwritten by BISL / RAC and administered by the same call centre. All have been very cheap to entice you in as a new customer, then fleece you when you make a change (e.g. add a learner driver or when that learner driver passes test. Shame the industry preys on customer inertia to rip off existing customers when they make changes.”
