“I had two cars insured by the company. One of the cars was broken down.
It was insured on August 8, 2021, with a monthly installment of 51 pounds per month.
The down payment of 130 pounds was deducted, and it broke down after 3 months.
The insurance continued to be paid on it. With the cancellation, and when requesting a certificate of no accidents, we were informed that they would send it via e-mail.
The car was repaired and re-insured, and when choosing the number of bonuses, 1 was written, and the insurance was done. A week ago, we were asked for a certificate and told them that it was within the company, and we did not find any justice. Yesterday, the insurance for the car was canceled.
I am upset about that.”

“My daughter had car insurance with Go-Girl for a number of years, the customer service we received was nothing short of excellent and the premiums were affordable.
The great customer service included when she unfortunately had an accident and the car was written off. Everything was dealt with swiftly and efficiently.
Unfortunately we had to leave as the renewal price for the year ahead went up as a consequence of the accident and other providers were able to offer a cheaper alternative, and Go-Girl dont price match against other providers. We therefore decided to leave, but that was with a heavy heart.
I would have no hesitation in highly recommending Go-Girl, especially because of their Customer Service.”
“I think they use very clear language and words to explain their terms which helps in selecting the right product. They have a strong customer service team which is extremely responsive both on emails and helpline number. I always had very quick replies. I liked them to the extend that I didnt go through confused or compare market but directly on their site to buy insurance.”

“I had to add my son who passed his drivers onto my insurance. I phoned Admiral to add him to the policy and the monthy payments went up £ 280pm!!! I shopped around and various compare websites recommended GoGirl. Sign up was Quick and Easy. I hope I never need to use them in the future but they were much cheaper than Admiral. I had to move.”

“No hassle at all and offered everything that I wanted including adding a provisional driver, which a lot of other providers, inc my previous insurer wouldn’t. I’m very happy with my policy. Thank you”
