Go Girl consistently comes up with the lowest priced quotations which is how I connected in the first place. However, at renewal time, the renewal price is considerably higher than an online quotation for a new customer. I renewed last year by effectively letting the old policy lapse and signing up again as a new customer, with all the inherent hassle of sending documents again. This year I was minded to change because of this silly policy but decided to go ahead the same way. If Go Girl does value existing customers they could simply allow renewal at the online price - that would save everybody time and effort, and irritation. Let's see next year.
