“Well not a great start, submitted an online application which didn't record my data correctly so when policy was set up it was wrong. I called to change it and paid the fee, only when the communication came through did it mention a service charge of £25.00, called back and was told it was too bad I had to pay it. I'm in my cancellation period but to cancel would cost me £45. ! A rip off, I'm out of pocket because of thei poor system. I'll keep the plan but will post on here weekly with poor reviews to highlight the disgraceful hidden charges and won't be renewing.”

“Initially a great price iver my policy i had to add a driver which took 4 days to do when asked for immediately. Changing address (to a safer area) increased my policy by over 200 (the rest of my families reduced). We kept getting two different stories. Would not recommend anyone go with them all they want is money.”
