You cannot hold of anyone on any of the telephone numbers - been holding for over 2 hours I have been trying to renew my insurance policy but cannot get through to anyone to take the payment Now trying the claims line and still no answer so wont be renewing because they are clearly not available to help if you need them

Appalling service. I am not convinced there is anyone manning their customer service department. I have been ringing every day since 26th June (nearly two weeks) 3 times a day. Been on hold for an average of 14 minutes before I have to give up. I am trying to upgrade my policy to include business insurance and give you more money!!! I have had one email response telling me that it is no problem, advising the charge but then saying call us to arrange, BUT YOU DO NOT ANSWER!!! Now I’m getting generic emails saying you will cancel my policy in 7 days if I don’t get in touch 😡🤬😡🤬 Please can someone please call me or just give me a full refund and I’ll go to a proper company! Absolute disgrace!!!!!! GoGirl and Sabre, give both these businesses a wide birth of prepare to be disappointed

Absolute waist of time. Within two months of being with them they canceled my insurance without notifying me took multiple payments in one go and then said they canceled because I haven’t paid. I have sent over 20 emails and been on hold on their customer service for over 3 hours on hold without speaking to anyone. When they do answer they told me to pay online with a link that doesn’t even work. Would never go for them ever again. Complete waist of time.

Over a period of a week I made 9 calls to Go girl and was on hold for a total of two hours and not once did anyone pick up my call. Shocking customer service. I am now waiting for a refund - nearly three weeks after I first contacted them. Numerous emails have been sent too with everyone saying to contact them on a phone number that never gets answered. They maybe good value for money but this counts for nothing if you want to contact them over any issues. Everyone needs to be aware of how shocking they are.

Waiting on the phone for hours (over 5hrs), never gets answered, no updates on position. Useless. Dreadful music too, makes you think someone is answering every 2minutes or so. All we want to do is update daughters license status, she's passed her test and can't drive yet after 2 days of trying. Again useless.

No body answers the phone on the customer services number. The live chat option on the mobile site does not have any kind of link to a live chat. There is no response to emails either. I have been trying to contact you since 27th and have not managed to get through.

I have been on hold for 45 minutes only to have someone pick the phone up and say there is up to a 45 minute wait to have the call answered and put me straight back on hold. I am just trying to make a simple policy adjustment and there is no online chat facility available. This has given me time to read my existing policy and be aware if you do have to make a claim you have to pay £200 additional on you excess for the privilege. if anyone in customer service would like to pick up my call this would be great as I am nearly a further 30minutes down the line. And will submit another review every 15 minutes I am on hold

Answering the phone might be a helpful way to give good customer service. Been on hold for 4 x >1hour. Only time they’ve answered the phone is to tell me their systems were down and to call back later. No on hold message to give an idea on queue position or expected hold time. Infuriating!!

Awful customer service. I have been trying to contact Go Girl fro 5 days this week. I made 7 phone calls, all unanswered after 45 mintutes hanging on and have sent 8 emails all with no reply. Avoid at all costs. Truely shocking.

Have an existing Motor Car Policy with GG Phone Call Nos 1 left hanging with no answer or updates after 45 mins Phone call nos 2 approx 1 hour later no answer after 10 mins, i then hung up Am purchasing a new car in 48 hours and wanted to inform GG of the change or amendment to the policy and request a quote for the top up payment for the remaining 5 months left on the policy, or if quote too high to cancel the remainder of the insurance period. After 2 non answers described above, i sent email to customer services today (thursday) but need a reply prior to picking up car on saturday, "not confident" this will happen by the way i have been treated so far. What happens when you need to speak to a rep urgently after an accident, i shudder to think

Absolutely rubbish, never answer the phone gave up several times after being on hold for 30 minutes, I am now in the process of cancelling this policy. To treat customers with such contempt is unforgivable. Avoid this company at all costs,.

Cannot get through to customer service to ask a question about my policy. Just on hold forever. Emailed instead and got an automatic email back saying responses were delayed due to the bank holiday. It is 19th June today - there has not been a bank holiday for 3 weeks.

Impossible to contact customer services when you need to make amendments to your policy been on hold for over 6 hours over two days!! Yet if you need to make a change you’re meant to tell them immediately. Emailed customer services and you get an automated response saying someone will respond in 72 hours consequently when changing our vehicle we have had to take our temp insurance costing us double!
