Have an existing Motor Car Policy with GG
Phone Call Nos 1 left hanging with no answer or updates after 45 mins
Phone call nos 2 approx 1 hour later no answer after 10 mins, i then hung up
Am purchasing a new car in 48 hours and wanted to inform GG of the change or amendment to the policy and request a quote for the top up payment for the remaining 5 months left on the policy, or if quote too high to cancel the remainder of the insurance period.
After 2 non answers described above, i sent email to customer services today (thursday) but need a reply prior to picking up car on saturday, "not confident" this will happen by the way i have been treated so far.
What happens when you need to speak to a rep urgently after an accident, i shudder to think
