My granddaughter is trying to get hold of you to change her bank details for the direct debit she has not had any luck either by phone or live chat the direct debit that was initially set up was her grandads as he paid the deposit now it needs to come out of her bank !!!

I’ve been trying to contact someone as they have emailed me saying my card details are invalid, yet they were still able to take money from my account, so I don’t know how that makes sense. I got directed to the finance company that deals with the finance of my policy however, they weren’t even able to find my policy on their system, how does that make sense? It would be much better if they had a phone number that we could call rather than using the horrible live chat service.

Please do not use carrot as they did not give refund for a service they did not protect.

Claire the advisor was absolutely amazing and went through everything with us and answered every question we asked her and nothing was too much trouble for her and she took her time and helped us upload the documents and talked us through it all and was so patient too, massive thank you claire

Claire from customer service gave me absolutely brilliant service. True angel from heaven, clearly goes above and beyond and isn’t afraid to have a bit of banter and be extremely nice to customers. Great employee.

Been with carrot for 6 months now. They gave me the cheapest quote and I’ve not had one problem with any of their team or services. I also needed to purchase some more miles and they were quick and helpful for me to do so. 100% recommend!

With it being an online insurer you can't call to discuss your policy, the live chat feature is terrible and has taken me over an hour to get through to someone everytime I have needed to make an update. I would rather be on hold

Terrible customer service. No customer service contact number, you can’t cancel the policy and live chat take some information and doesn’t respond anymore. WAST OF TIME

The service of this company is absolutely terrible I have been trying to contact somebody for hours via the live chat which seems to be the only way to contact them.

The advisor I spoke to was great however I do think it’s unfair having to pay for extra miles when you have a black box. You wouldn’t have to do this with a normal policy

I have been trying to contact via a number and live chat for the past two days, to change my insurance vehicle and I have had no response even via the live chat? What am I supposed to do as I need to drive to work and I will not pay for external additional cover.
