Great reward program Only downside is that it will take points off you for using your car for many journeys during one day, as someone who drives a lot this is not great but other than that I’d recommend carrot

Very cheap car insurance and love the fact you can earn points towards gift cards for safe driving. The app is also great as you can see how good you are doing and it shows you what to improve on

It is a really good and cheep insurance with the insentive to drive safe by offering point to purchase gift vouchers of which they offer a wide range, sometimes the usage score is negatively effected and I’m not always sure why but overall a good insurance

It’s very simple and easy to make changes to your policy as well as setting everything up, the staff are very helpful with any enquiries you may have. One thing you might find a little annoying is the live chat, sometimes you have to wait quite a while without leaving the page as there’s a possibility you may lose your spot or have to start again. But still very helpful

Good insurance policy prices with great rewards for safe drivers. Good customer services as any issues or applying any changes to your policies are dealt with on the day or within appropriate time. Appropriate invitation timings for potential renewal of insurance policies.

Paul sorted renewal really quickly when I eventually got through the live chat. The chat feature has been appalling the last week - I have wasted ~5 hours sitting "no 1 in queue to be transferred to an agent". Renewal shouldn't be that hard.

The advisor I spoke to was great however I do think it’s unfair having to pay for extra miles when you have a black box. You wouldn’t have to do this with a normal policy

User friendly and helpful live chat service. Black box appointment was easy to arrange however black box is extremely strict on the usage with the time I’m allowed to drive (around 1 hour) but overall good

I used the love chat to query why my black box wasn’t registering my journeys. Someone was supposed to contact me, but they didn’t. When I reached out myself the query was resolved quickly. Only downside is that I had to reach out a second time instead of the agent contacting me back. Otherwise, great service.

Carrot was very helpful with the renewal process, allowing me to alter my mileage for a quote, and purchase that at a later date. The New Driver black box policy is helpful to stay safe, and the rewards are always a nice benefit. Carrot also gives a really good renewal price compared to changing insurance provider.

Easy to sort and black box fitting was quick and easy to arrange. Not needed to deal with Carrot much since arranging insurance but always been helpful and friendly.
