Getting vouchers for driving well. It makes paying the insurance money worth it as your receiving something back.

Absolutely not worth It. Terrible customer service. Not there when you need help and don’t help on cancellations. Rip off. Told me my policy will get cancelled and when I try to get in contact they do not help at all and have long waiting times. For the past 6 days not one agent has got in touch on live chat. Appalling. Terrible insurance.

May be the cheapest but please do not use this company, you will end paying out of the nose, they say they have sent you messasges when they have not, and ask you to upload documents to the dashboard which does not work. They cancel without a grace period and then charge you an extortiante fee when they cancel your policy without warning. Please use a company that is more profession and understanding, biggest regret was using this company and we are £450 out of pocket for a recently passed driver is not good at all. Rude, discourteous, arrogant. Would not reinstate policy despite pleaing with them and explianing that it was not my fault and I tried to send them the documents and get in touch with them.

Been with carrot for about 4 years now and have always been easy to deal with if needed. Had to claim when someone bumped into me and carrot were so quick to help and sorted every thing from a courtesy car and everything. I didn't pay one extra penny so I cannot recommend enough they made what would have most likely been a stressful time easy.

New policy holder and had a query. I’ve been trying to get contact for days. No one to speak to. Just Bots. Been on a live chat three times and each time waiting over an hour long which have ran past the working hours. Steer clear. Terrible customer service.

It’s very simple and easy to make changes to your policy as well as setting everything up, the staff are very helpful with any enquiries you may have. One thing you might find a little annoying is the live chat, sometimes you have to wait quite a while without leaving the page as there’s a possibility you may lose your spot or have to start again. But still very helpful

I love the way Carrot reward their customers. You get lots of great goodies by driving well with them however not being able to get through to them via phone call and live chat has driven me crazy over the last few years.

Been with carrot for a couple of weeks threatened to cancel my insurance when there were no technicians available in my area to fit my black box had to go 2 days without my car whilst I left it elsewhere to be fitted, now struggling to upload my documents an they have been no help and just keep threatening to cancel my insurance.

Good insurance policy prices with great rewards for safe drivers. Good customer services as any issues or applying any changes to your policies are dealt with on the day or within appropriate time. Appropriate invitation timings for potential renewal of insurance policies.

I've been insured with Carrot for three years for them now to not send me an renewal invitation. I spent several days trying to contact them to renew my insurance(about a week before it actually ran out) . For them to send me a NO REPLY email and say I'm no longer insured with them. An absolute disgrace!
