“We did have a problem with the frame on one of our Extreme 50 gazebos. The problem was rectified without question and reasonably quickly. Good Company, excellent product and good back up.”

“quick delivery - awesome service. I ordered top of the range 8 x 4 extreme. all materials are top quality. only tips if you are looking is that, as it is heavy duty, it means it is also heavy weight. Not a a problem for my needs, but the frame alone, without the material is over 70lbs, which means it needs moving on a trolley, and certainly couldn't be lifted by 1 person - just FYI. Still 5/5.”

“On initial contact I outlined our intended use of the gazebo. I was then given sound advice from (my view) well qualified staff about the best "candidates". I chose the product we required and we have not been disappointed with the result. It fulfills all our requirements. We had no issues with delivery or with the quality of the product supplied.”

“I damaged my gazebo two years after purchase. Parts needed to be replaced, but I wasn't confident to carry it out. Their after service was great. I took it to their unit who fitted the part for me at no charge. Would highly recommend. After sales service is brilliant”

“Excellent quality and fantastic communication. Luigi was a hero in getting this to us on a short time-scale and we cannot wait to use it. Only downside is it is heavier than we first thought and definitely needs two people to construct/carry... however more sturdy than we intended! Very happy, thank you.”

“Rubbish Goods. Had for just under 1 year only assembled 4 times and is broken on 2 locations. Tried to speak to Manager Louise who is very rude. Do not buy from this company because the frame is weak and you are lucky if it will last for the year. I will be taking this matter to Trading Standards or Which. Poor customer service.”

We strive to provide our customers with the best possible products and level of service we can. To address your complaint – I understand you purchased a Heavy Duty Steel Gazebo from us exactly one year ago. Photos sent in by yourself show that the fault/damage to one of the truss bars was caused by the frame being unduly forced open or closed and not a manufacturing defect. To clarify our website clearly states that this product is supplied with a twelve month frame warranty against manufacturer’s defects. Your frame is completely repairable and you were advised replaced truss bars were available to purchase. To clarify our range of Heavy Duty Steel Gazebos have proven reliable entry level frames. The durable commercial grade steel framework is suited to regular summer and light winter use. We are sorry you feel let down on this occasion. Kind regards, Sam Gazeboshop

“The gazebo we bought was good, it was substantial and well made and exactly what we wanted. However, it is heavy and could certainly not be put up by one person. The weights for the feet are so heavy they can't all go into one car or they would damage the car suspension, so it is just as well its needs two or more people to put it up, as we need two cars to transport the gazebo to events.”

“I placed my order at 3pm, and I received my order the following day. I had damaged the roof on my Gazebo, so ordered a replacement with Gazeboshop. Really impressed with the quality of the replacement, and the cost. The staff were very friendly and helpful. Would definitely recommend this company.”
