“We have 4 of your pop up gazebos and am very happy with how solid they are and so easy to erect,the only problem I do have are the sides these are so tight when putting on that the zips are under tension the whole time and so we have 8 sides with broken zips which defeats the object of having sides .Can you not make the sides a little bit longer and improve the quality of the zips .”

“Good quality products (gazebo and feather flags); durable and well made. Super customer service. However, flag bases delayed by 4 weeks, and the courier used was dreadful, breaking boxes and delivering items on 2 separate days (not really the fault of gazeboshop)”

“Thank you for all your help with our insurance claim for the loss of equipment whilst on camp with the Scouts at Easter. I have telephoned this morning as I am disappointed with the bags that came with the replacement gazebos, the last ones we had were a lot stronger, with wheels and carry handles at each end. They also had a large pocket on the front where we could store the roofs. The bags that came with the new ones are a lot weaker, the handles are in the middle and very thin, the Scouts struggled to carry them. The Gazebos also hang out of the end of the bag, instead of being enclosed with a zip closer. I look forward to your comments.”

“The products sold are very good quality. I've got 2 6x3m aluminium pro extreme gazebos and they're excellent. The Velcro on the half wall kits is not strong enough, need to be thicker pieces like the ones on the side walls. The canopies are much improved now they have rings sewn into the corners rather than round eyelets. I have had issues with receiving the incorrect items a few times but they have always been quick to send out the correct items once notified.”

“After having some difficulty understanding and managing to get a design done in the right format the gazebo delivered is great, very sturdy and colors and logo just what we wanted. It has withstood very windy conditions which our previous standard gazebo did not. The sides are very thick and zip together which is good as stops stuff inside getting wet. The pricing on the website vs the quote can also be a bit confusing. For the price however it would be much better customer service if they offered to convert logos and wording to their required format instead of quoting £35 every time it isn't quite correct for work that takes only a few minutes.”

Hi Shireen, Thank you for taking the time to write a positive review for Gazeboshop. We are pleased to hear you are satisfied with the colour and print quality of your custom printed gazebo. However, we would just like to clarify that you were never charged for the redraw of your logo and that we arranged for your artwork to be redrawn along with providing you with free visuals. In order for our art worker to produce a free visual, all logo’s must be supplied vectorised, however, some files are unable to be saved as a vector which is why you and our artwork team were both unable to save your logo in the correct format. Usually logo redraws cost anything from £35+VAT depending on the number of hours it takes to redraw a logo. If you require more information, please speak to a member of our friendly sales team on 01295 258922.

“We purchase this Gazebo for our Honda CB1100R owners club. Whilst a quality product the artwork too weeks to sort out because of some standard disclaimer that said we should provide better quality images - we supplied the best image that can be photographed but apparently Gazebo shop wanted a 300dpi image to print on a 2 x 4.4 metre backdrop. We used the image supplied and are very happy with the result. We were also persuaded to select the alloy 40 models - which whilst Ok isn't as sturdy as we'd hoped and in retrospect we should have bought the Alloy 50 - less than 10% extra. We live and learn....although would be happy to exchange our Alloy 40 frame for a 50 if that were possible..?”
