Thank you for all your help with our insurance claim for the loss of equipment whilst on camp with the Scouts at Easter. I have telephoned this morning as I am disappointed with the bags that came with the replacement gazebos, the last ones we had were a lot stronger, with wheels and carry handles at each end. They also had a large pocket on the front where we could store the roofs. The bags that came with the new ones are a lot weaker, the handles are in the middle and very thin, the Scouts struggled to carry them. The Gazebos also hang out of the end of the bag, instead of being enclosed with a zip closer. I look forward to your comments.
