“I ordered two items. One arrived very quickly, the other didn’t arrive. When I rang up about it, member of staff did not seem particularly interested and claimed that it was less than the agreed number of working days since the order. She was wrong about this, but didn’t apologise when I pointed this out to her. She claimed the item was on its way to me, but she couldn’t get the tracking information to work. She promised to ring the warehouse later that day. She rang me back much later to say that the item had got lost. She arranged for a new one to be sent out. This came quickly, but without any communication. It just turned up one day. It was lucky we happened to be in. I haven’t finished putting the composter together, but it looks as if two bits are missing.....”

“Although we had to wait due to demand, the shed was well worth it. Lovely shed easy to put together and solid fits together beautifully. Driver was polite and very efficient couldn’t ask for better service.”

“Ordered a shed with a delivery date of April 12th still not received item although promised would be delivered this week and now no response to emails. Already have my money though. Can’t order elsewhere as won’t have it for a further 8 weeks. Really upset as doing a garden makeover for summer”

“Ordered a companion bench on April 27th, and we are still waiting. It's now June 02nd. Had notification it had been dispatched two weeks ago, but after a phone call was told that wasn't correct. A second notification two days later and we are still waiting for the 'carrier' to contact to arrange a delivery. VERY VERY POOR!”

“Service was very good from start to finish and arrived in good time , the summerhouse looks very good and the quality seems good .There might be an issue with the felt as someone had stapeld something to it about 8 in all , as I've not but the felt on yet I don't know if that's a waste bit , seems a silly thing do do to me !!”

“I bought the cottage arbor bench. It arrived within the 4 weeks. I had great telephone help and the delivery company were excellent. It was a little challenging to put together. You need a good electric screwdriver. I love the bench. Very good quality. Very happy and it was best price!!”

“It’s now 1st June and I still have not received a picnic bench I ordered on the 24th April x half the bench arrived after 25 days now still waiting for the promised other half 2 weeks ago x no compensation only a poor apology x I feel they just don’t really care 😔on the website it said delivery is 7-10 working days x so they out right lie to you x each time I speak with someone they tell me it’s on its way x well it must be coming from Tim buck tooooooo Ahhhhhhhh x don’t shop here unless you want disappointment”

“Fence paint arrived really quickly - but haven't finished the fence yet due to weather & work - but I've used Protek wood stain & protect before & have always rated it & love that I can also use this paint for stone & it's eco friendly. Very good customer service from Garden Street & will definitely use again”

“We ordered a summer house from you after you notifying us it was back in stock estimated delivery 14 day. it was shipped out in the 14 days, delivered by a lovely helpful driver who help place my delivery just where i needed it, the product is of high standards and it all fitted together perfect, I have nothing to say negative about my experience with this company and would highly recommend them.
