“Phoned to confirm the gazebo was in stock and paid over the phone. Was told delivery would be 7 to 14 business days and it arrived in 5 so couldn't ask for more. Very helpful, excellent product, would use again”

“Purchased a retractable garden awning. We tried various companies but all were out of stock. I found Garden Street online and rang to check availability. The phone was answered immediately by a really helpful young man who checked and confirmed what was in stock. I ordered online and the awning was delivered very quickly and is now installed and looking good. I would be happy buying from this company again.”

“Thrilled to bits with my purchase. I was struggling online to find some short wellies as a gift. The size I was after were all sold out but then I came across Garden Street and found the perfect ones. My daughter says she loves the design and they have been comfortable from the very first wearing. A very happy customer.”

“Initially it was agreed to deliver within a few days but this turned out to be a month but I acknowledge this was because good weather prompted a greater number of purchases and delivery times caught up with them! Website now states up to 28 days so they have taken that on board. My purchase is superb. Strong, good-looking and I love the light colour although it can be easily stained. A donation to my church garden area and they are absolutely delighted with it. I like the flexibility of being able to separate the two chairs but, as a single item, it is impressive.”

“Unfortunately we had to cancel our order of an arbour. The lady I spoke to was very polite and understanding. The money was refunded in 2 days with no trouble. I would certainly use them again.”

“Ordered two sheds on line. Came much more quickly than I expected. Had to contact Green Street as one plastic part had been damaged in transit. On-line support was very helpful, replaced part within a week, which was fine.”
