“Ordered on line. The system worked. The partner delivery provider made contact numerous times, (including actually speaking to a person the day before!) to ensure delivery was without a hitch. So if customer service is an on line set up that works end-to-end, it worked very well.”

“I purchased a wooden bench on March 19 even though I knew it was out of stock and they said it wouldn't come until the end of April. In actual fact it came three weeks later and I am very pleased with the delivery. The box was slightly damaged and the delivery man checked to see if the contents were OK, and they were.”

“Got two bird boxes well made and a fair price maybe have some with metal ring on entrance would be good we have a problem with squirrels chewing their way in but a good product good price”

“We are so glad to have found this company. We shall certainly use them again and recommend them to friends. The fence we ordered was perfect - first class and exactly as described. The staff were very helpful and very pleasant. In this time of covid did not have to wait very long for delivery. A bonus was the delivery company as well, cheerful, helpful and friendly. Thank you to the staff and delivery company.”

“I ordered my garden furniture on a Thursday afternoon. I was contacted by the carrier on the following Monday. The furniture was delivered the following afternoon. Excellent service and I was very pleased with the quality of the product. I would certainly recommend this company.”
