“ORDERED TWO ITEMS, FIRST ARRIVED VERY QUICKLY IN MINT CONDITION SECOND ITEM DIDN'T ARRIVE SO AFTER FIVE DAYS I RANG CUSTOMER SERVICES WHO INFORMED ME THE ITEM HAD BEEN DISCONTINUED AND WAS NO LONGER AVAILABLE SO I HAD TO RESOURCE THE OTHER ITEM FROM A DIFFERENT SUPPLIER. WHEN WAS I GOING TO BE TOLD THE SECOND ITEM WAS NOT AVAILABLE. CUSTOMER SERVICES LADY WAS REALLY NICE AND APOLOGETIC.”

“Well pleased with the three bin wooden storage recently purchased. It does the job it is designed for. Easy to order, delivery was quick, and was fairly easy to assemble. Looks great and robust, would definitely recommend.”

“Large Chiminea cover. Good price and prompt delivery. The cover itself seems quite robust and should last a good while. I like the drawstring on the bottom which helps to keep it tidy.”

“This company allowed me to order and pay for garden furniture- and then days later advised that it was not available! I did get my money back after a week- but I had wasted time and lost the opportunity to but elsewhere.”

“AVOID AVOID AVOID Told would be delivered between 9am and 3pm 4pm came around so I called and was told I was the next drop Never arrived Today I am told its been rebooked for 3 weeks time Shocking service Requested refund so we will see if that takes weeks”
