“A thoroughly satisfying experience. Having searched the internet for a product that ticked all our boxes I was pleased to find one with such accurate detail. I ordered it over the phone and was completely satisfied with the service that I received. All queries were answered promptly and the ordering and dispatch details were clearly laid out. Contact was made from the manufacturer of the arbour to sort out delivery and it was delivered on time.”

“I purchased a shed from garden street .co.uk, which said it was fully assembled. However, when it arrived it was flat-packed and very heavy. The driver told me that they never send out sheds fully assembled, thankfully he placed it in my yard, as I could not have moved it due to it's weight. If an older person had ordered this they would have been quite shocked and probably had difficulty assembling it.”

“Initial enquiry, after 5 days, was informed that delivery was up to 10 days as in the terms and conditions, not helpful but ok. when asked if the driver could put the item behind my fence [i'm a slightly disabled pensioner], I was informed this was impossible, again in those terms and conditions. product ok but customer contact is in need of work. forthcoming shed order not coming your way”

“I spent along time researching the purchase of a cold frame, mostly were much cheaper and made from soft wood (balsa like some said) This was more expensive but made from hardwood and superbly finished. Construction was so straightforward. You get what you pay for! I'd purchased a garden arch last October from the same company and the quality was excellent so to purchase a cold frame from the same company have me confidence that l was about to receive a quality product. Both items arrived within two days. Highly recommend this company.”
