“I've bought a deluxe eight seats dining set cover (295cm (116?) x 203cm (80?) x 89cm (35?) (L x W x H). The "Brass Eyelets" are only on two ends which means the string should be pulled all around and only is tied up on the two ends. Therefore, it is very hard to pull the string to make it tight in order to prevent the cover being blown away. On the other hand, tightening it makes the cover being pulled up, therefore, the lower part of the chairs is exposed to the weather. Also, the cover moves and is very unstable, and by strong winds more and more of the furniture gets exposed to the weather. This is because it is not tied to the chairs' legs. This cover is supposed to cover set of eight but it dose not even cover set of six. My old cover had 8 eyelets, each with a string, and each would be tied to one of the chairs' legs and wouldn't move at all. It seams that there has been a compromise on the "Brass" eyelets. The wording "Zipped Opening" is probably used to make it sound attractive. In fact, it is only the plastic packaging / bag which has a zip not the cover itself. But, on the description it makes one think that the cover has a zipped opening. The poor design was noticed only after being used on the set and exposed to the wind. This cover does not serve the purpose at all. I did everything I could to make it work. I would like to have a compensation or an exchange. Regards M. Radfar”

“When I ordered the garden furniture cover there was not the rope included to secure the cover. This was for the large one. I did receive the rope for the 3 seater bench. Could you please send one as soon as possible bearing in mind the weather recently. i await to hear.”
