Still waiting for my delivery and unable to track it

Still havn't received my parcel. APC tried to deliver my parcel but as we work during the day and nobody could sign for the delivery they returned the parcel to the depot. Phoned them and asked if they would leave in a secure place or at our neighbours but was refused as they insisted the parcel must be signed for. Asked further if they would deliver to my works address they again refused saying only the supplier could do this. Asked if they would deliver on a Saturday again refused as this was a premium service and would attract a £16 surcharge. APC are the most unhelpful courier service that I have ever experienced which reflects poorly against your excellent service. The only option available to me is to rebook the delivery for Monday hoping that it will be delivered after 2pm when my wife returns home from work. APC will attempt 3 deliveries before the parcel is returned to you, a near certainty before I have to contact your customer services department for further help. Kindest regards. Dorian Gaskin.

Delivered the wrong item and would not refund me until they had picked up my parcel (I sent them a photo of the item). As this is for my holiday lodge I said there would be nowhere for them to collect it from here so I now have to take it home and wait almost a week for them to collect it and get my refund. Not happy at all as the whole point was to have it delivered to my lodge and I will be going home next Monday so no time to re-order.

This review is not based on the quality of the product which is very good but the very poor performance of their delivery service provider. Who does not give enough notice of the delivery time and when you re-arrange delivery, send you a text to say another failed drop off, but the driver did not call at the door and when challenged said sorry goods, not on the van. I, therefore, had to re-arrange the delivery again wasting more time having to stay in. This is the second time deliveries have been botched by the provider. Happened in September as well.

Purchasing the product was excellent. The delivery process was very poor. Waited in on the day APC stated. They sent a text saying I was not in. This was incorrect. Phoned Garden furniture who said they would get the GPS tracking and APC photograph of my front door as they would not give it to me. To date, I have received nothing. Don't believe they tried to deliver. Goods were received 4 days later. Regards Roger Halford

The product is great . When mine didn’t arrive after 7 days I queried it and was told “for some reason it’s saying it hasn’t been dispatched “. And then I was told it had been lost and they were sending me a replacement one .

Arrived on time. Large but unable to secure to furniture so first windy day and it flew off despite lots of objects weighting it down on top of table and at floor level. Areas are worn through with holes and after first few days of rain it was not waterproof and the furniture underneath was wet. Seems heavy & durable but actually full of holes, water got through and it can not be secured down on furniture without bricks and other items.

I have not yet received the products - delivery company have confirmed two time slots on two separate days but have still not delivered . Very disappointed with the service .

Noy good company for communication with customer on delivery no one let me no my item had been dispatched so I could track it. Now got to wait another week to be delivered

The drawstring for the cover is caught in the hem stitching and cannot be pulled therefore the cover is not fit for purpose. Delivery however was very prompt.

Please note we are NOT reviewing the cover as we have not received it yet - APC have told us twice that the order is to be delivered on a set day and time but to date it has not arrived. We will be pleased to review the cover when it is received.

I bought a ratted armchair cover from this company in January 2020. A year on the cover has turned from black to grey and the material has deteriorated so much there is now a hole in it.

Informed of attempt to deliver. Rang and told closed for a week. No collection possible. It would have helped if there was sn option ti leave or they had rung me ad I was only out for a short time. I am in a safe residential area and would accept the delivery risk. Fortunately it is not urgent. Happy Nw Year to all.Alex

Not happy with your customer service department we ordered a 225 cm cover and received a188cm cover and now we have to wait until Thursday the 9th till we get the right cover

Cover receive quickly and as per order, however, elasticated fixing is not sufficient to secure cover down for windy days. Disappointing
