“It would have been Very good if it had some corner supports. I made some up Myself & fitted. It has made a big difference. Long ones for the square corners & short ones for the curve.”

“My hit and miss screens arrived on time & undamaged. Delivery drivers helpful & put them where I requested. Much heavier and more substantial than I thought they’d be ( which is good). Installed easily and now I don’t have to look at my neighbours in their hot tub, what’s not to like? I’ll be ordering more in the spring to do the other side. Cheers.”

“I love the final result- especially after painting! The wood in few areas splits when attaching the screws but not affecting the look. I also have used extra screws for the seating itself, for extra reinforcement.”

“Delivery was timely, but delivery person wouldn't bring the crate over the threshold. Had to be left outside the front door. until I could get someone to take it apart piece by piece and take to the garden. The product itself needed a lot of sanding down due to splinters and uneven surfaces. Overall happy with my purchase and would buy from garden chic again.”

“Ordered shed ,paid told would be 2-3 weeks then told out of stock for 2-3 months. Offered refund but I had to chase refund. Wouldn’t recommend and wouldn’t use company again!”

Thank you for the review. The Rowlinson Potting Store that you kindly ordered on 25th May had a guideline delivery schedule show at 6-8 weeks owing to delayed manufacture. The delivery schedule is now shown as 21 working days which is back to the usual schedule. It seems that there has been a misunderstanding regarding the temporarily extended schedule.

“Worst company I could have dealt with for fence panels, no stock , empty promises , a poor company to put your trust in for a tradesman, entrusted with an order near £1k. Just don’t order , much Better online material suppliers available.”

Thank you for the review. Owing to your review being anonymous, we are not able to trace your order however we don't have any record of a fencing order of over £1000.00 that we have been unable to deliver in 2019. We have very many tradesmen customers and place great value in their orders as we are very aware that their livelihood depends on promises being kept.

“We ordered the shed and paid, we were told our delivery date would be approximately 2-3 weeks. We then received a email to say shed wouldn’t be available for another 2 months ! We were told we could have a refund , but I had to chase the refund. I would not use the company again”

“I only normally leave a review if a company has met all of my expectations, are High in customer service or if they are poor. In the case of this Company I can only really use two words - ABSOLUTELY RUBBISH. I Would not reccomend or use them again!!!! Following confirmation of the order and my payment I got a confirmation back for the order, saying I would get a further update when the order had been processed. As delivery is normally between 5-7 days and having had no correspondence after a week I emailed them, asking for a progress. Two days later still no reply!! I emailed them again asking for an immediate response, I finally received one saying that they could not process my order, no reason as to why even though the GardenChic website. allowed me to place my order and take immediate payment!! What is really annoying was that they did nothing (apart from taking payment) until I had contacted them, good customer service, I don’t think so! I have since bought the items elsewhere with a more reputable company! One star only because I got a refund within 24hrs.”

Thanks for the review. You kindly placed an order for delivery within 7 working days as per the web site. Four days later you then very kindly added to that order and requested that the whole order be delivered at once. Owing to picking times and arrangements with delivery vehicles we had to remove the order from the first, smaller, delivery vehicle, add the additional products and place with a second, larger vehicle. The order was still delivered within 7 days of you kindly placing the second part of the order. Our apologies for any misunderstanding.

“There are some things we do like about the product (garden pergola) but these have been outweighed by the problems we have experienced in erecting the pergola. The placing of specific pieces was difficult due to lack of identification of them from the plan, measuring the area for correct placement of the legs was very difficult as the measurements given for the foot plates on the plan didn't match the measurements of the foot plates supplied - we had to ring the office to get the correct measurements! Putting the canopy in place was very difficult due to a pulley ring being slightly smaller than all the others and we had to force the pole through it, which now means that despite the instruction to remove the canopy in the winter and in event of strong winds it is now impossible to remove the canopy - any advice you can give us as to protecting the canopy for the future or how to change the pulley without dismantling the whole structure would be very much appreciated. We hope to hear from you!!!”

“I ordered this Palram Shed on the Monday and was told where I stay in Scotland that it would take 2 - 3 weeks for delivery this suited me. On the Tuesday I received a text saying it would be delivered on the Wednesday. Thats what I call service a 3 day delivery. Still have to erect it but been told by other people that it looks flimsy out of the box but when errected it id solid. Will let you know when it is finally finished. Good company to deal with and the best price on the internet.”

“Would not reccomend or use again I ordered set of gate hinges and got a confirmation back for the order, saying I would get a further update. A week later nothing further so I emailed them and contacted them through their online chat. It turns out that what I ordered could only be supplied when ordered with a gate. However the GardenChic website allowed me to order it, and confirmed the order. What was really annoying was that they did nothing (apart from taking payment) until I contacted them The online agent was very helpful, the one star rating is no reflection on her.”

“I ordered my sierra 3x3 patio cover on line,it was very easy and quick,i have been looking around different sites on line and found gardenchic to be the best choice,and good value for money. Also the build quality is better than its competitors and very clever the way it is easily put together me and my wife had it put up in less than 3 hours very pleased.Delivery said 10-14 days,it arrived in 6 days that included weekend,the delivery company also kept me informed every step of the way.And was very helpfull even helped me to bring it around to my back garden. 10 out of 10.”

“5/7 working day delivery was in our case 15 days , we had escalated our case to garden chic management & were assured we would receive our order on time. My customer was left fenceless with young children for 2 weeks, which reflected badly on us. The order finally arrived at 7 in the morning with no ‘1/2 hour warning call’ we were assured we would receive . Sorely disappointed in the service we received .”

“I recently ordered a Palram Sierra white patio cover from Garden Chic. Everything was first class. Easy to order and a great price, the delivery arrived on time and my son put it up in just over 2 hours. Looks fantastic and this morning we had our breakfast outside in the rain!”
