“Customer services gaveGood service all round. quick response to a query we had of the product. Delivery was mutually agreed between us and supplier. Delivery was on time and the delivery personnel were polite and friendly. The product was as descibed.”

Hi Dawn Thanks for the review. Ascalon furniture is part of our kerb side delivery range. We did request with the courier that the item be placed in the shed but anything beyond kerb side is at couriers discretion. Courier reported access issues to the shed. Our apologies for any misunderstanding.

“I purchased the Aztec patio circle and squaring off kit.It arrived very well packaged and quickly and worth the money. It looks amazing so pleased with my purchase. I would recommend Garden Chic for good quality goods.”

“BBQ arrived well packaged and quickly. Some of the panels needed straightening our but as they are quite thin it was simple enough. Pleased with the look and having 2 adjustable height cooking trays is excellent.”

“Garden chic took my order and my money. Then promptly emailed me to say they had run out of stock and I would be refunded. It was about 3 weeks later I realised I still hadn’t been refunded and called them. They then looked and saw that they hadn’t and refunded after that. So if i hadn’t called them I wouldn’t have my money. Wouldn’t use them again.”

Hi Nicole Thank you for your review. We had actually back ordered your fence panels for delivery on the next batch of stock. This would have meant that your delivery was about 3 weeks late. Unfortunately we didn't have a record that you wished to cancel. A flood of orders over one evening meant that we sold a large amount of stock in a short period and unexpectedly ran out of stock. Our sincere apologie4s for the inconvenience and misunderstanding. Our apologies for the inconvenience.

“Very good product - pleased at quality and appearance. The onlt negative was that some of the pre formed fitting cut outs were not true so needed work to get to fit together.”
