“The gazebo is exactly as expected from the photo on your web site and with the details supplied fitted into the garden layout as if in the original planned landscaping. Looks good!”

“After only a few months, the fire pit has rusted and gone brown. Considering this is an outdoor garden item, I would have expected it to last a lot longer. It also would benefit from some holes in the bottom to let the water out. It's a shame as otherwise it would have been a great fire pit.”

Hi Jenny Thanks for the review. Metal firepits will always rust owing to the heat from the fire and the item being an outdoor product but rusty is usually considered to be part of the natural, rustic attractiveness of the items. We do say on the web site that the metal firepits will rust, usually the first time that they are used.

“Love it great to sit in and shelter from showers also to get out of sun if too hot. Only downside usually have to move one of my cats ( I have 5) to fit in 😉x”

“First delivery to wrong address, second was delayed due to damage. I won't buy from a company again who have no customer service number. Web chat is fine for queries but not any form of complaint. The product was fine, but the experience as anything but”

The item was delivered to the address given at the time of ordering however the revised address that you kindly forwarded after ordering was received a little too late for the courier to action. “Really good when arranging delivery were very flexible. However 6 items were faulty and returned and 3 weeks later we haven’t had a refund.”
