I ordered a playhouse from the company but cancelled it due to long lead times weeks ago, no refund, no contact, I've emailed several times and heard nothing back. Really poor and will now have to pursue through my credit card. DO NOT USE

Bought garden gate, wrong size on website so asked for Edmund and have had to chase to get money back. Avoid

Wheel barrow was damaged on arrival, something that I doubt was done in transit. I needed it for a job so signed for it there and then as I wasn’t going to bother chasing up on customer service after reading other online reviews regarding the outcomes of most cases. I have since bought a body for the wheelbarrow elsewhere and put the one I bought from garden chic on my scrap pile. Won’t use you again as I am sure that wheelbarrow left the yard damaged

I bought a haemmerlin wheelbarrow and I received it today. My advice to buyers, scroll past garden chic. The barrow is bent and mis-shapen. I regret looking for the best price as it is obviously a second. Judging from other reviews I’m not going to bother chasing them up on it as I need it today and it looks like the customer service is terrible anyway. I cannot remember the last time I ever left a review but this felt necessary to warn others

Ordered a shed with Garden Chic. Worst customer service I have ever come across. Was only sorted about 2 weeks after initial order. They had reached credit limit with suppliers. Told I would receive calls back which never happened. Ended up with a different colour shed (just so I could get one). Would not use again. Don't often give bad reviews but this needed saying!

Dear Paul, Thank you for the honest feedback. I am very sorry you feel this way. After a particularly busy month we had surpassed our limit with that particular supplier and so this held up a handful of orders for a couple of days - yours included. The issue was swiftly dealt with our end and all orders released. You kindly decided to accept the alternative colour to speed up the process as there was a longer lead time on the shed you initially ordered. If we can be of further assistance please do contact us. First delivery to wrong address, second was delayed due to damage. I won't buy from a company again who have no customer service number. Web chat is fine for queries but not any form of complaint. The product was fine, but the experience as anything but

The item was delivered to the address given at the time of ordering however the revised address that you kindly forwarded after ordering was received a little too late for the courier to action. Customer service very poor, summerhouse was not indicative of the images shown on the website. Several issues experienced including missing parts, damaged parts and overall quality very poor

Garden chic took my order and my money. Then promptly emailed me to say they had run out of stock and I would be refunded. It was about 3 weeks later I realised I still hadn’t been refunded and called them. They then looked and saw that they hadn’t and refunded after that. So if i hadn’t called them I wouldn’t have my money. Wouldn’t use them again.

Hi Nicole Thank you for your review. We had actually back ordered your fence panels for delivery on the next batch of stock. This would have meant that your delivery was about 3 weeks late. Unfortunately we didn't have a record that you wished to cancel. A flood of orders over one evening meant that we sold a large amount of stock in a short period and unexpectedly ran out of stock. Our sincere apologie4s for the inconvenience and misunderstanding. Our apologies for the inconvenience.

The barbecue arrived with a damaged part. Emails requesting a replacement were ignored. Still haven’t heard.

Ordered shed ,paid told would be 2-3 weeks then told out of stock for 2-3 months. Offered refund but I had to chase refund. Wouldn’t recommend and wouldn’t use company again!

Thank you for the review. The Rowlinson Potting Store that you kindly ordered on 25th May had a guideline delivery schedule show at 6-8 weeks owing to delayed manufacture. The delivery schedule is now shown as 21 working days which is back to the usual schedule. It seems that there has been a misunderstanding regarding the temporarily extended schedule.

Worst company I could have dealt with for fence panels, no stock , empty promises , a poor company to put your trust in for a tradesman, entrusted with an order near £1k. Just don’t order , much Better online material suppliers available.

Thank you for the review. Owing to your review being anonymous, we are not able to trace your order however we don't have any record of a fencing order of over £1000.00 that we have been unable to deliver in 2019. We have very many tradesmen customers and place great value in their orders as we are very aware that their livelihood depends on promises being kept.

We ordered the shed and paid, we were told our delivery date would be approximately 2-3 weeks. We then received a email to say shed wouldn’t be available for another 2 months ! We were told we could have a refund , but I had to chase the refund. I would not use the company again

I only normally leave a review if a company has met all of my expectations, are High in customer service or if they are poor. In the case of this Company I can only really use two words - ABSOLUTELY RUBBISH. I Would not reccomend or use them again!!!! Following confirmation of the order and my payment I got a confirmation back for the order, saying I would get a further update when the order had been processed. As delivery is normally between 5-7 days and having had no correspondence after a week I emailed them, asking for a progress. Two days later still no reply!! I emailed them again asking for an immediate response, I finally received one saying that they could not process my order, no reason as to why even though the GardenChic website. allowed me to place my order and take immediate payment!! What is really annoying was that they did nothing (apart from taking payment) until I had contacted them, good customer service, I don’t think so! I have since bought the items elsewhere with a more reputable company! One star only because I got a refund within 24hrs.

Thanks for the review. You kindly placed an order for delivery within 7 working days as per the web site. Four days later you then very kindly added to that order and requested that the whole order be delivered at once. Owing to picking times and arrangements with delivery vehicles we had to remove the order from the first, smaller, delivery vehicle, add the additional products and place with a second, larger vehicle. The order was still delivered within 7 days of you kindly placing the second part of the order. Our apologies for any misunderstanding.

Would not reccomend or use again I ordered set of gate hinges and got a confirmation back for the order, saying I would get a further update. A week later nothing further so I emailed them and contacted them through their online chat. It turns out that what I ordered could only be supplied when ordered with a gate. However the GardenChic website allowed me to order it, and confirmed the order. What was really annoying was that they did nothing (apart from taking payment) until I contacted them The online agent was very helpful, the one star rating is no reflection on her.
