Avoid they promise a delivery within 7 working days. Take you money and in my case 2 1/2 weeks later nothing arrived !!! After numerous calls they still couldn’t give me a delivery date!! I opened a Paypal dispute, they called me saying if I didn’t close it they would cancel my order!! Again I asked for a delivery date!! Again they wouldn’t give one! Hence I said I would not close dispute. Next day they cancelled order!! They took £350 for 3 weeks and produced no goods !! Didscraful treatment of customers !! Choose anther supplier to avoid disapontment.

Hello, Thank you for the review. I feel it only fair to give our side of this as the above is not factually correct. The delivery time on this item was 14 working days, you contacted us on the 9th working day demanding a delivery date which we explained would be provided shortly before the impending delivery. You then chose to put the payment in dispute with PayPal which in effect means the goods are no longer paid for so we had no choice but to put this order on hold pending a resolution. You then contacted our office by email (which we have saved a copy of) using very abusive language and profanities which was very upsetting for our staff and so the decision was made not to continue with this order as our staff have the right to work without fear of violence or abuse. Aggressive behaviour is considered to be any personal, abusive and/or aggressive comments, swearing, physical contact and/or aggressive gestures.

Zero not available in review score. Took my deposit on 05/05, went through Finance Agreement NOW to be told 5 days later ‘ ITEM UNAVAILABLE’ until 4/06/18. AVOID. DISHONEST....

Hello, Thank you for the review. We regularly update our stock numbers on the website in good faith from the information passed to us by our suppliers. Sometimes items go out of stock and orders come in before we have chance to change the stock message on the website and this is what happened on this occasion so very much apologies for this

Advertised as 5-7 days delivery but subcontracted to another supplier who were out of stock. Then told 18 days which I accepted....then told another 31 days on top of this. Asked for a refund but am being ignored. No refund or communication 10 days after I asked for the order to be cancelled.

Dear Mr French Thank you for your comments. The shed you ordered comes direct from our manufacturer and sadly they informed us that the restocking date had been delayed which we let you know about as soon as we were informed. We did cancel the order for you as requested and the refund is on its way back to you. Kind regards GC

Despite the various assurances received on delivery from Alexa and Laura on your chat line , I still await delivery of my wheelbarrow with no explanation as to why not other than the delivery van broke down somewhere , reasons unknown . It would seem that the haste with which you take my money is not matched by your performance . I would not advise anybody to use this company .

We pass on the information from the couriers tracking website in good faith but sadly on this occasion delivery did not go to plan. Forest Garden Arch arrived unpackaged. Delivery driver unhelpful. Of the 4 bowed sections 3 were split. Very poor quality. Disappointing

Sadly I had to return the Garden Bench and purchase elsewhere as it was damaged. I would have liked a replacement but I got the impression that sending out a replacement was too much trouble for Garden Chic so a refund was issued.

Dear Graeme, Thank you for your feedback I have looked into this issue and due to the fact that you put the payment in dispute with PayPal we had no choice but to suspend the replacement being delivered as in essence you wouldn't have paid for the goods. Our apologies that your original bench was delivered with damages. Kind Regards GC
