“Amazing intro to travelling , all thanks to nyla our tour guide on the Thai 25 day adventure , she really helped bring the group together and make sure everyone was involved and ensured there was something for everyone wherever we went . The entire trip was smooth running and nyla was always there to advise us on the best places to eat , drink , sunbathe ect . She also got involved with the group and went out of her way for us , to make the entire experience amazing. The itinerary was very good , enough time to relax but also loads of amazing experiences my personal favourites being the bamboo rafting and the boat trips where we got to explore beautiful bays and sea life . I also loved the home stays , everyone was so welcoming and they were in beautiful remote locations .
I couldn’t have asked for a better trip and I have met so many wonderful people , am very happy I booked with gap360 !”

““My trip was awful. From start to finish there were constant issues and lack of information regarding extra fees or the schedule ahead of time. The food included were money off vouchers. My items got ruined on a boat tour of the Whitsundays where 30 people were crammed onto a tiny unsafe boat. Was offered £50 compensation for all my stuff being ruined. Personally I would never book a tour again from the amount extra I then had to pay and the lack of any nice accommodation. They also never mentioned that INTRO were actually the ones running the tour not 360.”

“The staff from gap360 have been mostly friendly and helpful. However, I was told that there was availability for a programme, so booked and paid for it, to then be informed that the programme was full. I was then told that the volunteer house was full so have been placed in a different accommodation. I feel that I should have been told this prior to making the booking. Some communication has just been a little blunt and not very clear - considering the programmes aren’t cheap!”
