“Lee was the most amazing tour guide I could of ever dreamed off! His smile just lights up a whole room. When we first met him in Siem Reap, he was the most welcoming, accommodating person, made me feel very comfortable. A good sign is that he felt apart of the group, very good friend. Whenever we would go out as a group at night e.g the club. He would always ask if I am okay which i always appreciated.
As for all the other tour guides: Nguyen Bao (Vietnam), Sattaya/Tiger (Thailand), Mai Thai (Bangkok), Lao Thao (Laos).
They were all so lovely and all made me feel comfortable.

“I had the most incredible 47-day Southeast Asia tour with GAP360, and I honestly can’t recommend it enough. From start to finish, everything was so well organised, stress-free, and packed with unforgettable experiences across Vietnam, Cambodia, Thailand, Laos, and beyond.
Some of the absolute highlights for me were the Ha Giang Loop in Vietnam and Koh Rong in Cambodia – both unforgettable in completely different ways and truly amazing experiences.
A special shoutout has to go to our amazing tour guides in Vietnam and Cambodia – Bao in Vietnam and Lee in Cambodia. They both went completely above and beyond every single day. Their knowledge, energy, kindness, and genuine passion for what they do made such a huge difference to the trip. They were fun, full of positive energy, and really encouraged the whole group to get involved in every activity while also listening to what we wanted as a group.
Bao was incredible at bringing Vietnam’s culture and history to life, always making sure everyone was looked after and included. Lee in Cambodia was also so great – so caring, full of energy, and made every experience fun, meaningful, and memorable.
They didn’t just show us their beautiful countries – they truly brought them to life and made the experience something special. By the end of the trip, our group wasn’t just a group… it felt like one big family. The GAP360 FAMILY!

“I had the most amazing time and met the best people. I had amazing tour guides in all 4 countries i travelled (Mai, Lee, Bao, Lao & Tiger), they really helped make the experience so much better and easier as a first time traveller and i would recommend Gap 360 to everyone looking to travel for the first time. There was a range of ages in my group but we all got on amazingly and there were no issues within the group or with our tour leaders. A highlight of my tour was Cambodia, the country was amazing and beautiful as well as the people being very welcoming and helpful. Lee was an amazing tour guide and made the experience a 10/10. All guides made sure we were safe throughout the whole tour, and when i had bad sunburn, heatstroke and cut my leg Lee was a huge help in making sure i was okay and that i was taking care of myself. Overall it was an amazing experience and i would 100% do a tour like this again.”

“I started my gap 360 tour in February a just finished in March. I couldn’t recommend it enough. The range of activities you can do were some I never would’ve chosen myself but really enjoyed. I made great friends with my group and had an amazing 40 days. The guides were amazing and always there if you needed help with anything. In particular, Lee and Bao were so much fun and really cared about their groups. The accommodation was consistently good and I think the trip is completely worth the money spent.”

“I did the 40 day trip around South East Asia. I had the experience of a lifetime and made the most amazing friends.
The highlight of the trip was definitely Cambodia, and our amazing guide Lee. I have never met someone as passionate and dedicated to their job as Lee is. He really made the effort to get to know us, make sure that we were okay, and joined in on all of the fun. Cambodia was beautiful, but it wouldn’t have been the same without Lee. I am so fortunate to have met him. Any future groups who are with Lee will have the most amazing time.

“Our CEO was amazing, she was very kind, helpful, and funny! The group I was with was all lovely and it was a great fast paced tour the only negative was the camels we rode were pegged, if i had known this prior I would never have booked it as an optional activity! I hope one day they have a warning underneath the optional activity that states they use pegged camels for the rides.”

“I recently completed this tour and unfortunately need to raise serious concerns about the conduct and professionalism of our trip manager, Joel.
During the trip I experienced behaviour from Joel that was completely inappropriate and unprofessional. At a group dinner he placed his hands on my ribs and under my breasts without invitation, which made me extremely uncomfortable. As the person responsible for the safety and wellbeing of the group, this kind of behaviour is unacceptable and created an environment where I did not feel comfortable around the person meant to be leading and safeguarding the tour.
There were also a number of organisational issues throughout the trip. Day sheets and information about the following day’s plans were often not provided proactively and frequently had to be requested by members of the group. This lack of communication made it difficult at times to understand what was happening from day to day.
On one occasion an add-on activity scheduled for day 22 had not been booked. When I asked whether the activity had been cancelled or rescheduled for day 23, I did not receive a clear answer. Instead, the response I received was simply a photo of the trip manager sitting in a bar garden, which felt dismissive given that the question related to a paid activity and the organisation of the trip.
Another concern was the lack of important safety information provided during the tour. At no point were we informed that coca leaves can result in positive drug tests. As someone whose career could be severely impacted by a failed drug test, this was important information that should have been clearly communicated.
I was also told by another member of the group that Joel had used cocaine with them during the trip. While I did not personally witness this, hearing this raised further concerns about professionalism and appropriate conduct for someone responsible for leading a tour group.
There were also issues with accommodation during the trip. On one occasion accommodation was advertised as a hotel but was in fact a hostel with concerning hygiene and safety issues. Despite these concerns being raised, no attempt was made to change the accommodation.
In addition to these issues, much of the information given during tours was repetitive, which made some of the guided experiences feel redundant.
On a positive note, many of the restaurants and some of the hotels selected during the trip were good quality and well organised. However, the concerns regarding professionalism, organisation, and safety significantly overshadowed what could otherwise have been a good experience.
I hope the company takes these concerns seriously and investigates appropriately.”

“Gap 360 is a well-rounded platform however all the emails are no reply and that is stressful especially when a trip is booked right before cutoff dates and payment dates. My portal payment due date is different than the threatening cancellation emails I’ve received date. So a last-minute trip with gap 360 is confusing however it may have been different if I booked it further out.”

Our booking terms and conditions follow a standard structure across trips, though some tours do have different payment terms. These are outlined in your booking confirmation email as well as within the booking terms and conditions.
Our team is available during office hours via email, live chat and phone, and we also have a 24/7 emergency line for travellers. We don’t use no-reply email addresses for customer communication. We did have an out of office response in place to let customers know that due to a high volume of enquiries, particularly following the situation in the Middle East, response times could be around 24 to 48 hours. This has now been removed from our email communications.
