“I did the South East Asia Adventure trip and it was amazing! Everything was very straight forward and organised. Going with Gap360 allowed me to relax and not have to worry about planning travel, accommodation and activities. They were really good at being flexible to the groups preferences regarding activities. As a vegetarian, they took this into consideration at every included meal and always made sure I had lots of options.
We had a group of 21, you are with people 24/7 and it is a great way of meeting friends for life.
Our group leaders became part of the group like good friends and it was always sad to part from them. I think the group leaders have a big impact on the experience which is why we were so lucky to have 5 fantastic leaders:
Keng was brilliant in Bangkok at keeping us organised and brought friendly vibes to make us feel comfortable for the beginning of our trip. Lee in Cambodia became a good friend. I trusted him and he cared for us all a lot, he always made sure everyone was okay and enjoying themselves. Viet showed us the beautiful Vietnam and was very knowledgeable on the culture of the country. He was very organised and officiant as well as fun. Lao helped me massively with finding my missing bag and was very chill. He showed us the most amazing places in Laos. Last but not least, Mai showed us the rest of Thailand and she has been incredible. She is organised and has so much knowledge on a wide variety of things about the country and culture. She is so fun, friendly and welcoming.
I couldn’t have asked for better group leaders and I will miss them all a lot.”

“I did the 47 day trip with gap 360. Overall this trip was an amazing experience and something ill never forget. I met the most beautiful people and was able to see and experience incredible things. This was made possible by the trip being incredibly well organised and scheduled for us without having to worry or think about anything other than enjoying ourselves. The trip leaders were another leading factor in this. Viet and povan were extremely knowledgable and passionate about their countries and cultures. They were so willing to share the best spots and make our experience the best it could be. Mai and lee were always so happy and energetic. Their energy was infectious. Wat d only had a day with us but his passion for singapore was clear from the minute we got there. He helped us have the perfect end to the trip. Wish we had a bit more time! I would 100% do this again and recommend to anyone!!”

“I’ve just finished a 40-day tour across Southeast Asia, and it’s been the experience of a lifetime. Every destination brought something new, but what truly made the trip special were the people guiding us through it.
Lee, our tour guide in Cambodia, was absolutely hilarious — he brought so much fun and energy to every day, and somehow managed to make even the early mornings enjoyable. His love for his country and his ability to connect with everyone made Cambodia unforgettable.
But I have to give a special mention to Mai, our guide in Thailand — hands down my favourite. She was not only incredibly knowledgeable and organised but also warm, thoughtful, and genuinely made me feel looked after the entire time. Thailand was beautiful, but it was her presence that made it feel like home.

“The 25 day Thailand trip was unbelievable and blew my expectations out of the water. Easily one of the best holidays I’ve ever been on. The group I travelled with were all good people and we became really good pals on the trip. The tour guide Namon (Man) was really helpful and answered any questions. He assisted with everything and anything, explained everything in great detail, and made the tour so enjoyable. “What an amazing trip! We squeezed so much in to 47 days, saw so much of Asia, and I met so many lovely people! All our guides were fantastic & really knowledgeable, but a special shoutout must go to Viet who was just amazing! If there was one piece of advice that I would give I would say to watch out for Koh Phi Phi in Thailand where the majority of the group fell ill. Overall, I had the most amazing trip and would 100% recommend to other people wanting to explore Asia!”
“I enjoyed my trip overall… however gap360 failed to inform me that it was actually a tour group run by a company called g-adventures. The itinerary that they handed out was misleading to the amount of activities actually included in the price I payed and I ended up spending a lot more money I didn’t know I was going to spend - I would have still done the trip but these hidden costs when your on holiday puts a downer on the trip. Everyone else in my group had booked through the initial company, g-adventures, and where a lot more prepared to pay for activities and even had an option to pre-pay for some. I was very confused when I turned up in my hotel looking for a gap360 sign only to manage to find my name under a g-adventures group and was very confused. They had sent me a email asking me to fill in one form from the g-adventures app but it was for one boat ride and assumed that was all I had to do with them. I loved my trip but gap360 failed to inform me of lots of information - for the same trip as the others I also payed more.”

It's very unfortunate to hear that you feel let down by your experience, as you can see by our thousands of 4-5 star reviews, we strive for the best experience for all our travellers. We do indeed work with many different in-country tour operators, and this was highlighted in your welcome email, documentation, voucher, online account, and more. However, we really appreciate your feedback and will be looking into ways we can make this information even clearer for our customers.
In regards to the pricing, we would not charge more than our partner. Other travellers may have booked in a Sale at a different time of year, or used our returning customer discount. Alternatively, if a traveller was not from the UK they may have booked and joined the trip via a travel website based overseas, in a different currency with varying exchange rates.
It is fantastic to hear that you said you loved your trip, and despite your unfortunate 1* review, having an amazing time on your travels is truly the most important thing to us.
