“I bought some of your shoes from Charles Clinkard although actually thought I had bought them from yourselves. They are beautiful to look at but have hurt my feet & rubbed the skin from my two toes. I have reached out to Charles Clinkard but the service is beyond poor. I understand that I have worn them outside only ONCE because I simply can’t wear them again. I am so disappointed.”

Thank you for your review. Charles Clinkard shoes have licence to run the Gabor website in the UK as well as their own website. Gabor is a German Company. The Terms and Conditions on both sites advise that if you would like to try the shoes on in the comfort of your home to check for fit, then we are happy for you to wear them to see if they are a comfortable shoe for you. You have up to one year to return shoes to us so long as not worn outside. If shoes however are deemed to be comfortable and you decide that they are a good fit and wear them outside, then we would not accept them back as this is not a manufacturing fault, but a fitting issue. Once your skin heals, if you wear them again around the home and 'wear them in' you may find that they become more comfortable for you as the leather warms and stretches. We are sorry for your disappointment, and do hope that you find that you can wear these lovely shoes in the future. Kind regards, Janice - customer services

“Just ordered two pairs of sandals and love them both. Gabor are a favourite brand for me due to the quality and fit. I prefer slightly wider shoes and they just fit the bill every time. Clever detail on the platform mid heel sandals with the velcro fastening under the buckle taht can't be seen. Both pairs are perfect thank you.”

“I ordered 2 sizes as feet swollen after surgery. Beautiful quality sandals and amazing service. I returned the second pair straight away but couldn't believe the year long return time. Astonishingly good. Great communication also! Very efficient.”

“What can I say. Excellent service. Sandals arrived promptly and exactly as specified on the email. I love Gabor sandals,especially these particular ones -'Rich ladies sandals' . I re- ordered this particular style as not only do they look good, they feel good. I chose the metallic colour, but there is a choice of black, navy and tan also . Well worth the investment.”

“I was recently introduced to Gabor shoes and have bought two pairs! They are incredibly comfortable whilst remaining fashionable as I get a little bit older! Recently had an ankle injury which has left me with soft tissue damage and have struggled to get supportive footwear that isn’t trainers - just worn a pair of Gabor wedges to an event and felt comfortable the whole time - didn’t even rush to take my shoes off as soon as I walked back in the door!!”

“I bought a court shoe with small,wedge, cost £79.00! I am finding it hard to wear them in, heal section scratches me. Sole is already lifting and rippling. I won't send back as already sent one pair back. Won't buy again”
