Unfortunately this is the first time in 15years I have bought a product from Gabor and they didn’t fit. I bought a pair of black mules. I always buy Gabor products because they are so comfortable, stylish and good quality.

I love Gabor shoes for their superb quality, comfort, and wide fitting option in several fabulous styles which are essential for me having problem feet (bunion and neuroma).

Very Disappointed, I was expecting wide fitting trainers, the ones that arrived were not wide enough, then had to pay £11 to return them . Sadly, I won't be ordering from you again 😕

Thank you for your review. We are sorry to hear that the shoes did not fit. With regard to the returns, it seems that you have opted for a next day signed for service. This is a premium service from Royal Mail. You could have sent back second class which only takes a day more and added tracking which would bring the cost down to around £3.50. You can also take back to a Charles Clinkard shoe store if you have one close to you, or use the collectPlus link on our website that provides a return label for £3.49, but covers up to 10 kilo so you can return several pair at once. We do deliver free of charge and if a customer wishes an exchange, again cover the cost to the customer, but we do ask if an item is to be returned, that the customer can cover the return costs. Purchased shoes for my daughter's wedding in June. They fit lovely and colour matches beautifully. Worn about the house and very comfortable - can't wait to wear on the day.

Ordered a pair of trainers online. What arrived were shoes of two different shades. Disappointing, but of course good customer service is as much about correcting issues as it is about delivering the goods. I telephoned and spoke to a very nice gentleman who apologised profusely, sent me a pre-paid returns label and advised that I would be refunded as quickly as possible - which I was. Apart from the initial issue, can't fault the service at all.

I have a pair of Gabor ankle boots and they’re the most comfortable and stylish boots I’ve ever worn. I’ve just bought my second pair and they are equally stylish but the comfort factor is amazing!

I would love to give a star but can’t do minus five. The shoes delivery took time, they do not fit and I sent them back. Returns take ages. Send them back on 3 May and still didn’t received compensation email, but received confirmation email for another return which I sent back a couple of weeks ago. All returns have to pay on my own costs. I do not recommend buy Gabor shoes online unless you are 100% sure they will fit.

Where's my review? It was so damning that I guessed they chose not to publish it. In a nutshell: ill fitting uncomfortable shoes. Came USED with a note saying if I return they must be unused and I MUST PAY for return delivery on what's effectively a defective product. The air is blue around me. What the h planet are you on Gabor? First and LAST I order from you. Absolutely appalling service to beat the worst.
