“I purchased a lovely pair of sandals but sadly they weren't right for my narrow feet. I did an online return, was issued with a QR code via email, (£3.60 for the return label) presented it at the post office and they printed postage labels for me. So simple and straightforward.”

“Brilliant ser vice and returns policy.Sadly the shoes were too tight and rather stiff . I prefer a more flexible sole which my other Gabor trainers have !”

“Great shoes. So comfortable. Good quality. I ordered Lanzarote toe loop mules (Dark Blue Nubuck, Very dark that I actually thought I was ordering a black pair, but I am going to keep these anyhow). Great service too! I live in Australia and I received my shoes in only 7 days much quicker than i expected.”
