“The shoes were ordered on line and when they arrived the box looked like it had been kicked around the warehouse. The shoes had been worn and had a bad defect across the middle of the sole. Ordered 5.5 but shoes were smaller than previous 5.5 purchased. Clinckard took them back without questions which makes me think they knew. Purchased the same style at John Lewis which are perfect as usual for Gabor shoes.”

“I cannot write a review since i didn't get my parcel yet. the order was placed on November 17th, on the Royal mail site i still get : Parcel on its way !!!!!!!!”

“My boots arrived quickly and well packaged. They are exactly as expected and, because the leather is soft, have been comfortable from day 1. My only slight niggle is lack of half sizes in this style but it does mean I'll have no tightness issue with thick socks in cold weather., That said, the lining alone is lovely and warm. I'm very pleased with them.”

“Just received a pair of Ramona boots in dark brown (oak). Fit perfectly and to size, suede very soft and beautiful colour. The length of these boots are very flattering and the the slouch effect. Delivery swift and very smooth and easy. Worn a couple of times and very comfortable.”

“Generally ok but start to hurt after a lot of continuous wearing Staple ends came through on one pair Both black pairs hurt but white ones (I have 10 pairs) ok until worn for a while”

“Bella black patent Mary Jane style shoes. These are lovely and fit well. I have a wide foot, unfortunately with bunions, the style covers these and the shoes looks good on. The heal is not too high for me and although I have only worn them indoors so far they are comfortable.”
