“Already had the black pair, and the leather is so soft I ordered the gold ones. The footed is padded, so really are very comfortable from day one of wearing”

“I prefer more feminine look, the sole also a bit heavy. But there is nothing on the market, just sneakers.”

“Received previously worn shoes in poor condition - soles inside and out dirty, heel and sides of shoe marked, labels all removed.”

Thank you for your feedback, I'm truly sorry to hear that the shoes you received were not in the condition you expected. Shoes can be tried on for fit especially at sale time when they may be on display, but should be checked if being sent out for an order that the shoe is in good condition. Please be assured we will ask our dispatch team to be more careful to avoid disappointment to others. I can see that the shoes were returned for refund. We sincerely appreciate your understanding and hope you will consider shopping with us again in the future. Kind regards, Janice - customer services

“I ordered gold and got grey with a sprinkling of gold dust ..nothing like the advertising photo....not willing to pay for returns and do not have a Charles Clinkard close to were we live so ordered a bottle of gold suede dye ...Gabor Lanzarote women's toe post sandals £79.99 muschel Caruso metallic size 6”

Thank you for sharing your experience, I'm truly sorry to hear that your order did not meet your expectations and that the color wasn’t as you felt was advertised. Muschel is a dark beige colour with gold dust effect and not the bright gold that some other gold colours have. Your feedback is important to us, and I can understand your disappointment. While we strive to ensure our products match our descriptions, I appreciate your creative solution with the dye and hope that this works for you. Please be aware though that if it doesnt, because you have treated them, we would not accept them back for refund. Kind regards, Janice - customer services Warm wishes, Team Gabor Shoes

“I love Gabor shoes. However it’s frustrating when many of the styles I like are wide fit when really I’m a standard fit. Recently had to return lovely sandals because of this. Why not offer standard & wide in popular styles?”
