“Boots arrived and I’ve always been a 5.5 in Gabor but these were too small so had to return them at my own cost as the nearest store was too far away . However there is a concession store in bradbeers romsey but was told I couldn’t exchange or get a refund there so very disappointed ☹️”

Thank you for your review. I am sorry that you were not able to take back to one of our concession stores. These are set up differently to our main branches and they cannot access/refund an online order from there. There is a portal on our website where for a reduced cost of £3.20 you can buy a Tracked label from Royal Mail, we hope that you found this and that the return process was easy for you. “You don't have many styles that me and my friends would normally go for, the one I purchased was a standout design. But it wasn't quite right in the end for me. That's why my score for recommending is low. If you asked me would I recommend to my aunt it might have been higher.”

“Quick delivery. Shoes fitted perfectly. They have comfortable cushioned linings ideal for walking. What I wanted was a stylish walking shoe for weekend breaks and these are perfect. Would recommend.”

“Ordered at size 5 and my calf measurement is 41” unfortunately as beautiful and soft as these boots where, I couldn’t zip them up past my calves, I don’t have fat legs I thought I had very slim calves, so please measure your calves first before ordering, if you measure 38” you should be fine”

“These boots are supposed to be wide fitting but I would consider them to be narrow. So disappointed otherwise they were exactly what I was looking for.”

Thank you for your review and for sharing your findings with regard to the fit of these boots. This will help others when browsing. If you maybe try a half size larger, you may find that the extra length is minimal, however it creates more area within the shoe so a roomier fitting. It doesnt work for everyone but many customers who need a wider fitting, use this method. I do hope that this helps. Kind regards, Janice - customer services

“I have always found Gabor shoes to be the very best quality and exceptionally well made and finished. My latest purchase live up to that expectation and look exceptionally good as well as being extremely comfortable and stylish. I am so pleased to be able to purchase shoes from Gabor in half sizes (7 1/2,)as that half size really does make a difference and which is why they always fit me so well. My recent purchase was in the sale, which was an added bonus”
