“Sandals great; nice wedge, soft leather. The only problem I have had is the the leather part of the heel at the back of the sandal seems very high and rubs against my skin.”

“I always like Gabor shoes because they fit me very well and they are comfortable to wear as well as being stylish and elegant. It is sometimes difficult to find a particular one that I have chosen like the Mellamby which is my absolute favourite but does not seem to be available anymore this is very disappointing because it was so versatile and could be worn with almost anything. Please bring this one or one like it back.”

“They generally fit and are comfortable but I do resent having to pay return postage for those that are not a good fit. Will endeavour to source from sites that have free delivery and return or minor charges”

“Lovely shoes but had to return them as they made that swishing noise when walking in them so think slightly too big. The half size smaller is out of stock so think I'll just leave it.”

“I have always admired other people's Gabor shoes. They are substantial and yet stylish. A decent sole and heel. Never change too much with the design.”

“Gabor footwear is very well made and suit me very well but sizing does vary and 2 out of 3 of my selection were too small. It was very expensive to return them so I would be very wary of ordering online again”

Hello, Thankyou for your review. We offer a free standard delivery service which we feel benefits customers more and ask customers to return the shoes at their own cost. These can be taken to your local Post Office and a fee paid to return these however when sending multiple items a service called Collectplus offers 10KG for the cost of £4.09. Also, the option to return to a local Charles Clinkard store is available, simply pop in the shoes with invoice and an exchange/refund will be processed for you. I am sorry you were disappointed with the returns process and have passed your comments across to the relevant department for this to be reviewed in the future.
