“Although described as wide, the boots were actually standard width. In fact they were quite narrow. Sadly I had to return them. As the return is at your own expense, I won't be ordering again.”

“Service is very good although returns are not prepaid. The ankle boots I bought were inelegant and looked like cut off Wellington boots. Wish the website showed a bird's eye view of the toe shape.”

“I’ve bought Gabor shoes for many years and love their comfortable fit. However, I returned my latest pair as they felt a little big and the design was more plain than the pair I was trying to replace. I’m awaiting my refund. I gave the full 5 stars as the return was due to personal fit and design choice.”

“I am not at all keen to buy shoes online but I just could not find what I wanted in the local shops. The shoes arrived quickly and I kept the ones that fitted and returned the others. The Callow shoes are lovely. I personally would have liked them a little lower but I feel they will remain comfortable.”

“I purchased a pair of black leather shoes and ordered two sizes of black leather ankle boots I love both the shoes and the boots. So very comfortable. The pair of boots I returned arrived back at the company and I was refunded very quickly. Amazing service”

“I recently purchased a pair of Gabor Chelsea boots.They are exactly as described and fit perfectly.Gabor footwear is always lovely quality and fit is true to size,plus they do half sizes which suits me well.”

“I ordered two pairs of shoes and they arrived in good time. I frequently buy Gabor shoes as there are two or three styles which fit my wider feet well. I've had both these styles before and these are as pleasing as previous pairs. The fit and the quality are both good.”
