“I bought shoes and a bag for my sons wedding. I take size D fitting as I have a slightly wider fit. The shoes were so comfortable from very beginning. The bag was beautifully made with lovely contrast lining. All in all a great experience. Would strongly recommend this company for quality and efficiency of service.”

“Bought white leather trainers. Lovely shoes although I do look like Minnie Mouse! Arrived in good time. Not taking too long to break in as new seams still rub. Do hope you bring out more colours as I missed out on the green ones. Have had problems having previous pair resoled though. Do Gabor offer this service I wonder?”

“I bought a pair of Gabor trainers last year - they are extremely comfortable. So, even though the cost of £95 is steep, I felt the comfort was worth the price. However, it was impossible to find another pair in stock in any shops, so I was forced to buy online. I don't like buying shoes online as the fit is so important. Unfortunately the new pair are not as comfortable. I feel the mould must have changed, with less material in the front of the shoe. So, in conclusion, I am disappointed and would only recommend buying in store”

We are shocked and sorry to hear you didn’t find your purchase as comfortable as previously. We do recommend trying your shoes on around the house to test the comfort, before deciding if you would like to keep them or return them, also, when you wear a shoe it becomes softer and when you get a new one they can appear stiffer for a little while. “The shoes were too big and the returns policy is a nightmare. It is very difficult to return your items. The website links are not highlighted. Do yourself a favour and do not buy anything online from this company.”

“Having to buy online now is very difficult unless I go to Gabor! The sizing and fit is accurate so over the years I rely on them for comfort, fashion, all day wear - they are so good - and they last!”

“Really pleased with my purchase & service. Delivery was very quick. Shoes are true to size and very comfortable. Lovely neutral/ beige colour. I'm size 4.5 and usually have to buy size 5, so glad Gabor does half sizes!”
