“Having telephoned customer services to check on sizing, I was greeted politely and in a friendly and helpful manner. All in all I found the experience of shopping with Gabor quite seamless, my shoes being delivered promptly, well boxed and pristine in condition. The shoes themselves are beautiful as always from Gabor - they are well made, stylish and comfortable. Probably my favourite brand!”

“Beautiful suede wedge court shoe. They look like a ballet flat but with a low wedge which is hard to find. These are in beige. Please make them in a black option. :) These are beautifully made shoes and they come in half sizes which for me is great as I am a true half size and not many brands do them.”

“I am little disappointed, because the colour is not a match as displayed in the photoe, I would have returned it , but I am a poorly person, and it is difficult for me to process the return, and also , this is the shade of colour and style I may not be able to get , I do think that colour must be checked abd photoe must be replace with true shade . Thanks”

Thank you for your review. I am sorry to hear that your order was not as expected. We appreciate you taking time to leave feedback and provide photos as this will be helpful for other customers. While we do aim for our online listings reflect the stock as accurately as possible, there can sometimes be slight differences in colour due to lighting. However, I understand it is disappointing when the colour is not a suitable match, so we apologise for any confusion caused. Should you require any further assistance with organizing a return please do not hesitate to contact our Customer Service team. Kind Regards, Sophie - Customer Services
