“These are the third pair of ankle boots I have had in this design. They are very comfortable and I wear them autumn, winter and spring time. Also occasionally on wet summer days too !”

“Very dissapointing service. Do not offer international delivery if you do not choose reputable couriers and have the systems in place to successfully deliver on this service. Delayed, missing, cancelled, refunded was my experience with Gabor. Three weeks of hassle.”

Thank you for your review. I am sorry that you have had a problem with your delivery. We use Royal Mail, DPD and DHL which are all reputable firms. I can see on this occasion, we used Royal Mail, but your order has gone missing in transit and has been refunded in full, however your order may still turn up with you. We are sorry that you have been let down, this is not normal, but on occasion we can encounter a problem and we will act on behalf of the customer to resolve this as quickly as possible. “Boots had to go back to tight fit .they did look good expensive when I returned them the postage was expensive £11,45 this does put me off buying anything again .”

Thank you for your review. You can use a link on our website to collect + which offers up to 10 kilos of returns for the low cost of £4.49. Or you can take back to any Charles Clinkard store. With Royal Mail, it seems that you have been charged for a next day service, you can opt for a second class delivery which may take a day or two more but keeps the cost down. A shoe of this size usually costs about £2.85 when we get returns in. This may help for future reference for you. Kind regards, Janice - customer services

“A great and easy website to use and when ordered completed was kept updated with regular emails. I love the fact you allow users to view your gorgeous boots and shoes from all angles. No charge for deliver, which was quick, and returning is so easy, not that I have every returned any of my Gabor boots or shoes.”
