“The shoes I ordered (size 6) are not true to size. They are huge. I’ve had to return (at my own cost) for a smaller size. I really hope the exchange size fits, otherwise I will be paying for two returns and still no shoes! It’s a real shame as they were good quality and just what I’ve been looking for.”

With regard to returns, you have up to one year to return items and can take them back to one of our stores if you prefer, or if you have more than one pair to send back, there is a link on our website where for £4.49 you can send back up to 10 kilos in one package. “Loved the boots and have now bought some more! Returning items is a bit of a job, and paying for it as well - I think that should be free to the customer. But, the boots are so comfortable :)”

“Very disappointed. Find it very difficult to find small shoe sizes. Love Gabor. Ordered 2.5 size was sent 3.5. Then informed that you didn’t have 2.5 size Return and refund efficient.”
