“Wonderfully comfortable black suede slingbacks. So good to be able to get half sizes. I love Gabor shoes, even though they are a bit more expensive than I usually buy it's worth it as they are of such good quality.”

“The sandals were lovely, as expected for Gabor. However, the box had seen better days and it was clear from the labelling that they were last years stock, which had been reduced and the sandals were rather dusty, having likely been sat in a store on the shelf and remained unsold until I purchased them. On ringing Gabor they agreed to honour the sale price and gave me a refund. Overall a bit disappointed.”

We’re sorry to hear that the box had seen better days, that the sandals seemed to be last year's stock, which had been reduced and the sandals were rather dusty. That's not what you'd expect from Gabor Shoes. “I have bought Gabor footwear in the past and was after a specific colour loved. . These lilac ones further bill.. I am not easy to to fit as an very in between sizes , left foot size 3 , right 3.5 so I bought the 3.5 and hope they won't stretch too much, the 3 would have been very tight to get on my right foot.. Haven't worn them yet so fingers crossed...”

“Love my black suede trainer shoes. They were not in stock and tbf Gabor emailed me as soon as they came in. They were delivered on time and not much more than I can say. Will shop Gabor again.”

“I ordered my usual size for Gabor ballet flats (size 5.5) but they are much bigger than all the other pairs I have bought since 2018. Seems to be a change of sizing with the change in place of manufacture (now Slovakia and not Portugal). I live in Australia so it is too difficult to organise a return and I'm worried a size 5 might be too snug and then I will want the size 5.5 back.”

Thank you for your review. I have taken a look at your order and compared to what you usually buy. The fit that you usually go for is a standard width, but on your latest pair, you have chosen a wide fit. This may be why you are finding that the shoe is much more roomy and a little big for you. You can pop an insole inside which will reduce the area in the shoe and make it more snug, it gives the benefit of keeping the shoes fresher for longer too as you can change the insoles rom time to time. I do hope that this information is of help. On a more personal level, I find that if I get a wide fit, I am able to go down half a size to get a more snug fitting. “Bought boots and trainers to try. Both lovely and tempted by both but returning trainers very reluctantly. Would certainly always recommend Gabor Shoes; it's not my first purchase. Also very pleased you used DPD as your courier for 2nd delivery. Afraid Royal Mail didn't do well with 1st order.”
