“I bought my shoes in the sale and they were just what I wanted. Unfortunately the stitching where the elastic went into the suede was coming undone and there was a large sticky label on the insole that left a horrible sticky mark that I had trouble removing. I have stitched the shoes together (having watched the technique on the repair shop) and bought a specialist sticky remover to get rid of the mark. I did not want to return them as they were the only ones in my size. But I was very disappointed in how they were as Gabor shoes are usually very good .”

“Ordering was quick and easy. Delivery came promptly and was left in my safe place rather than just on the doorstep which makes a pleasant change. Sandals are exactly as expected and very comfy as I've come to expect from Gabor.”

“The ordering process was easily completed and I was kept informed of progress. When my shoes arrived I noticed that the boxes containing the black shoes was damaged and they appeared shop soiled. I tried on the light coloured ones first and they fitted perfectly, I then tried on the black ones which were very tight although both pairs were marked as 7.1/2. I decided to return both as I didn't know which pair was sized incorrectly.”

“What super quality and wonderful fit. I shall really enjoy wearing these and I am sure they will last me a very long time. Afraid I always have to wait for the sale and they are a bit pricey, but worth it in the end. Thank you Gabor - there aren't many really well made shoes around these days”

“I bought a pair of navy wedge shoes soze 8 that were heavily stained. I returned them for a replacement, the last pair you said you had and these were also heavily stained. I suggested that we compromise in that zI would be given some compensation and I would clean them up and keep them as I needed a navy blue shoe for an event. You refused. I havetried to clean them and refreshed them with a navy dye. I have bought many shoes from you and am a good customer so I think I have been treated very shoddily. “Just love my new white leather trainers. Perfect fit and very comfortable size 9. A lot of women’s footwear I find only go up to size 8 there are many women who need above this and I found I had a good choice”
