“I hope this message finds you well. I recently placed an order, and at the time of purchase, I was informed that the delivery charges would be around £7, which was acceptable to me. However, a few days later, I received an email from the delivery company, DPD, stating that the product is coming from outside the EU and that an additional €24 in charges would be required. DPD gave me the option to either proceed with the order or cancel it, and I chose to cancel. They then informed me that the product would be returned to you, the seller. I have been waiting for your guidance on how to proceed with this order. If possible, I can provide you with a UK address for delivery. If that is not an option, I would like to proceed with canceling the order and receiving a refund. Please let me know how you'd like to move forward. Thank you for your assistance. Thank you for your review. I am sorry to hear that you were asked to pay customs. I can see that the item is on the way back to us so have refunded in full for you today. We cannot change the address due to the strict rules of PayPal, but you can place a new order with the English address for delivery yourself if you wish. I hope that this helps. “Gabor giselle shoe arrived and certainly was a beautiful shoe and as always with Gabor comfortable However, the fastening buckle was far too fiddly. I don’t know if it was on this particular shoe. Unfortunately returned them because of the fastening buckle”

Thank you for your review. Unfortunately you have come through as anonymous and also there is no product detailed for me to answer your review correctly. The only order I can find from your email address is the Gabor Keegan, which is a leather boot you have ordered in the past and not the sandal yuo mention on your revew. Some shoes are high quality man made material as some customers do not wish to have leather, we would be happy for you to return any item so long as unworn for a full refund.
