“I am very pleased with my new suede Chelsea boots. I like to buy Gabor as their C+ fitting is perfect for my slightly narrow feet. As always, the boots are well made, stylish and a good fit. Although not cheap, I think they are good value for the quality, and I will get a lot of wear out of them. Delivery was very prompt too, by Royal Mail.”

“These are well made boots, and with a low heel and nice dark blue suede, just what I was looking for. However they were difficult to get on, I really struggled to do up the zips. When I eventually managed to, the boots were just far too tight around the top -around my ankles. It hurt to wear them and I thought they would never be loose enough there to be comfortable on, so I returned them.”

“I have been buying and wearing Gabor shoes for at least fifteen years . I have loafers , court, and trainers. No matter what type I buy they always fit me like a glove. Just love them ❤️”

“Sadly, my feet are not the same length and usually I can judge Gabor shoes and order online. But not so in this case so I will need to seek out a store where I can try them on. The process of orderings, and of handling a refund once the shoes were returned, was faultless. Thank you.”

“The boots I ordered arrived in a damaged old box, the packaging was was worn, torn and there was no shoe stuffing etc., these boot had clearly been worn and returned. I contacted customer services and was able to return these free of charge and I received a full refund.”

Thank you for your review. I am sorry to hear that you received a pair of boots that had not been re packed. If a customer orders 2 pair for size and returns one, they do go back into sale, but should be checked upon their return that they are perfect and also re packaged if required. We do hope that you will accept our apology that on this occasion we have let you down and we are genuinely sorry for your disappointment.
