“I was really impressed with the service. The first boots I ordered were too small. I sent them back for exchange and was amazed to get the exchange ones by return of post. The boots are lovely, and a really nice blue. They are a bit tight at the top because I have quite thick ankles, but I'm hoping to get them stretched at Timpson's when I can get out of the house again.”

“The trainers were perfect in almost every respect - style & colour but sadly not wide enough for me to close either the zip or lace, so they have been returned. A little bit disappointed because a similar design of the same size & width were ordered a couple of years back & they are a perfect fit, but now looking a bit past their best, hence the new pair would have been a replacement. Ordering process & delivery were good & met expectations with no complications. Will be interested to find out if the refund process is as seamless. Back to the drawing board for me!”

“Good shoes that are very comfortable I am very pleased. BUT!! Disappointed with DPD delivery The day the shoes were to be delivered according to message they sent Me the parcel did not arrive and I was informed no one was in when they called and a photo of what was supposed to be my house was included However I was in all day and the photo was not of my house!! So they had gone to wrong address !!! I then had to wait for delivery until Monday. They need to improve their service and admit to their mistakes. I did inform them of the mistakes but have had no contact about this. Not good Customer Service from them.”

“So disappointed with my last order as the shoes did not fit - far too narrow & tight. Please note: I already have 3 pairs of Gabor shoes - all size 4 and named Lesley (Pure leather,Black, and Sattel Butte. Why the discrepancy?”

Hello, Thankyou for your review. Although the Gabor Paula are classed in the same width range as the Lesley, it is constructed from a different last which will make this unique in fitting. “Beautiful loafers. Really well made and comfy for my wide feet but I had to go two sizes down from my normal size to get a good fit. Last time I bought Gabor footwear I had to go one size up. This discrepancy in sizes is really annoying when you buy online because you don’t know which size to order!”

“I love this brand because they make comfortable shoes that look smart as well. I needed high heels for a party and so happy with the sandals I bought. The only thing you can improve is the packaging. I needed to return one of the pairs and I think the outer plastic cover can be improved to make it easier to reuse for returns.”

“I have worn Gabor shoes now for many years and felt confident in the sizing to be able to order online for the first time. As usual I am delighted with my purchase as the shoes are comfortable, smart and well fitting.At the end of my online order it said "Sorry Your order has not been placed" or words to that effect. I was surprised two days later to receive an email saying my order was on its way. This was a fault that I thought you should know about so only "acceptable" marked on the website question.”

“I love Gabor shoes for comfort. The loafers are the most comfortable shoes I have ever worn. The slip-ons I have just bought are great but would like a little more softness and springiness in the footbed please 😀”
