Thank you for your review. There has been sent to you a pre paid label to return the incorrect item, once the label is active and we can see that the shoes are on the way back to us, we can send out the new pair using an overnight courier. “Ordering was easy. Sending back/exchanging seemed to be not so easy. The package had to be dropped off at a post office and postage to be paid. Amazon as an example gives you a printable return lavel for most companies and a pick up option. I am not close to a post office and had to work out to somehow get there.”

Thank you for your review. We do deliver free of charge on orders over £40, but do ask if customers can cover the cost of return. We have a link on our webiste for Royal Mail at £3.20 for a tracked service, but this is only an option, you can choose any method of returning if it is more convenient to you. “Gabor shoes are a little pricey. I can accept the higher than average cost as they are well made and last, however i wish that there were more less frumpy styles in your wider G and H fits i.e. Gala for instance, I’m sure they would sell well Thank you”
