I bought a single Robin Day chair to make a pair with an existing bought some years ago. Fusion were trying to contact me by phone to arrange delivery - but I wasn't picking up. Thanks to a bad bout of laryngitis I couldn't talk. So they emailed and we sorted out using that medium. I'm impressed with their responsiveness on email. You know how it usually goes: 1) Send email (2) Get holding reply. (3) Get response at length - often great length. (4) Reply and repeat etc But not with Fusion. A proper response from an actual person. Makes a refreshing change. Well done Fusion. Should I ever be in the market for another Robin Day chair - or indeed anything else, I'll certainly have a look at you.
