“Purchase process was really easy, payment went through straight away, they rang me to book delivery and it was delivered on time. However, mirror was shattered when I opened it, so going through return process right now. Hopefully they will refund me in full”

As you know, we use a specialist courier for delivery of mirrors and fragile items and unfortunately on this occasion the item was damaged in transit. “Ordered three chairs over the telephone. The lady that I spoke to was very helpful and efficient. The item arrived within the specified time. When opened there were no self assembly instructions. Called customer services and within minutes we received an email with the instructions. Chairs were very good as well. Would recommend this company.”

“Best customer service I have received from a company in some time. They spotted an issue with my delivery address and contacted me by email and phone to rectify it. In addition they refund me some delivery charges without even asking and overall the entire order was dealt with exceptionally. I would 100% use again. Well done to the staff there!”

“The chairs I ordered didn't arrive when specified, but that was an error with the courier DPD, not Fusion Living and was rectified by Fusion politely and swifty. The chairs came with no instructions and fixings were missing, but again Fusion Living customer services dealt with that swiftly and were very apologetic. I received the missing fixings the following day and the assembly instructions were emailed to me immediately - although they didn't match the chair accurately, so weren't much help? The images of the chairs on the website do not entirely match the chairs received, which is a little misleading. The legs of both chairs are mismanufactured or damaged, but as it does not affect the function of the chairs and the damage is hidden underneath the seat, I'd rather keep them and make do rather than return them. Overall I am satisfied, but not thrilled, Fusion Living's Customer Service is 5*, but sadly the product is 3*, so I have given a 4* average.”
