“Best customer service I have received from a company in some time. They spotted an issue with my delivery address and contacted me by email and phone to rectify it. In addition they refund me some delivery charges without even asking and overall the entire order was dealt with exceptionally. I would 100% use again. Well done to the staff there!”

“The chairs I ordered didn't arrive when specified, but that was an error with the courier DPD, not Fusion Living and was rectified by Fusion politely and swifty. The chairs came with no instructions and fixings were missing, but again Fusion Living customer services dealt with that swiftly and were very apologetic. I received the missing fixings the following day and the assembly instructions were emailed to me immediately - although they didn't match the chair accurately, so weren't much help? The images of the chairs on the website do not entirely match the chairs received, which is a little misleading. The legs of both chairs are mismanufactured or damaged, but as it does not affect the function of the chairs and the damage is hidden underneath the seat, I'd rather keep them and make do rather than return them. Overall I am satisfied, but not thrilled, Fusion Living's Customer Service is 5*, but sadly the product is 3*, so I have given a 4* average.”

“I love the chairs I bought for my kitchen. The service was really quick, it was easy to change to a delivery day that suited me better and assembly was quick and easy. Might get some more for my dining area when I can afford them. Lovely colours too.”

“Ordered by phone and the lady I dealt with was exceptionally pleasant, friendly and helpful. Ordered 4 Tulip chairs and they arrived by DPD on time and on the day arranged. Well-packed and undamaged. A lovely product. Very happy with Fusion Living.”

“The table is very nice. What is very nice also is the customer relations of Fusion living : i had a problem with the transporter and they did their best very quickly to solve it. Thanks a lot ! I never had so efficient and nice people at a customer desk before. Thank you again Claire !”

“I was kept informed when my chair would be dispatched & delivered. It arrived a little later than the time slot allocated. The chair was well packaded. However my main problem was there were no instruction to put the chair together & it was fiddly to assemble. I seem to be left with 4 smalk screws but not sure where these go?”

Good morning Thank you for your Review and we are sorry there weren't any instructions in the box. This has been fed back to our warehouse. Looking at your order it would seem that the four small screws, if they are the black ones, are to screw the metal brackets that go underneath the legs. They aren't essential to use in terms of the strength /durability of the chair but are more decorative.
