Fantastic service and would recomend. They sourced some furniture for us and the manufacturers changed the spec they rang us and we was able to change our order. Very efficient company.

HAD TO WAIT A LONG TIME FOR FURNITURE TO ARRIVE , BUT WHEN IT DID DELIVERY WAS GOOD AND FURNITURE WELL PACKAGED , ONLY 1 SMALL CHIP ON THE WHOLE BATCH SO CONSIDERING THE AMOUNT OF PACKAGES DELIVERED , IM HAPPY

Product was well proced and purchased via the on-line channel. The product was competitively proced and purchasing was straight forward. We received good communication from acknowledging the order through to advising the likely arrival time within the warehouse. We were contacted by the couriers to arrange delivery and they arrived on schedule with the two man delivey service most helpful. The product was very well packaged, so much so that it woiuldn't fit through the door. The delivery guys kindly removed the packaging outside and brought the swivel chair into our living room. Beforehand they advised us that they could not take the packaging away with them, and so leaving us to dispose - which was perfectly underatstandable and acceptable. Delivery time was percetly acceptableto us as we knew in advance that the product needed to be sourced from the manufacturer. A very good experience and would not hesitate in using Furnture World again should we have an opportunity to.

The drawers looked amazing but unfortunately didn't fit our house so we had to return them. The sales team were so good and organised the return and pick up of the drawers the next day after I asked to return them. I would recommend both the drawers and the company.

Overall service has been excellent. However communication with regards to delivery needs to be improved a little - to receive a text and email suggesting furniture will be delivered following day is an unreasonable expectation, needs to be advance planning from both parties. However, once this was addressed - delivery as planned within time frame. Furniture well packaged, sturdy and robust. Has changed our room immensely

I purchased a bed frame from Furniture Warehouse recently but unfortunately I got confused and ordered the wrong size. I'd discarded the wrapping etc and and saw that it could only be exchanged if it was in the original packaging. I was v distressed and called F W. Spoke to a woman named Zia who couldn't have been more helpful. She sent me new packaging and arranged exchanged. Would highly recommend F W for it's excellent customer service

The furniture I received was of pretty poor quality, would break very easily would not recommend. The actual ordering and delivery from Furniture World was very good. Shame the product was so poor

HELLO I AM OVER THE MOON WITH MY KITCHEN ISLAND EXCELLENT QUALITY WOULD HIGHLY RECOMMEND FURNITURE WORLD , I AM LOOKING TO FIND 2 MORE ITEMS TO FIT IN MY KITCHEN . ONLY ONE NEGATIVE VIEW WAS THE PROBLEM WITH DELIVERY
