“The service I experienced was excellent. I contacted you with some concerns around the possible delivery and these were duly noted, with a swift response. The delivery arrived within the specified time slot and the couriers kept me informed as with estimate times. Thank you!”

“I was disappointed that a product with green Awards came in packaging that included foam and plastic tape! Delivery was delayed but in understand this was due to one item being made to order. Price was reasonable. Communication was fine. Thanks”

“Bergen Solid Oak 110cm Small TV Unit Product itself is fine once assembled and looks good, but the overall experience was frustrating. The first unit arrived faulty, so it took two deliveries/collections to finally get a usable item. The return process also took two attempts, which caused unnecessary inconvenience. Another issue is that the product requires assembly, which was not made clear on the website listing. That should be stated clearly before purchase so customers know what to expect. I also raised concerns about my consumer rights regarding faulty goods and the inconvenience caused, but these points felt largely brushed aside. I then had to spend my own money on packaging materials so the faulty unit could be sent back. The amount was small, but that is not really the point — it is the principle that customers should not be left out of pocket when resolving faults. In the end the cabinet is fine, but the customer service and returns experience let it down.”

“Very pleased with the chest of draws , they look even better than in the photo . Good finish and particularly like the metal handles . They arrived well in advance of the expected delivery date and communication was excellent as was the service provided by the delivery company . I liked them so much that l have ordered the same design in a smal bedside chest of draws to hold music to go next to our piano .”
