Lovely piece of furniture, arrived very quickly, the only thing was the delivery driver was running late and he wouldn’t wait till I checked the item was ok which I was asked to do , luckily everything was ok apart from screws for the drawer were missing, but I was very quickly sent some in the post.

We were looking for furniture to fit specific sized spaces. This included a shallow bookcase. Furniture World was one of the few places that had what we wanted. Ordering was straightforward, and we were advised that at least one of the items is made to order, so would take an estimated 8 - 10 weeks. In the end, delivery was 15 weeks after placing the order, although in fairness, I did receive a couple of emails with revised estimated dates. This would not stop me from ordering from Furniture World again. Before delivery, I received messages and a phone call to confirm a delivery date convenient for me, and the items were delivered on time and with care.

Excellent, friendly and helpful service from Kevin, gave us the options and left us to browse at our leisure. Delivery date on 3-piece suite due within one month, clear instructions given on (minimal) assembly tasks. Very happy.

After getting a confirmation email about expected delivery date between 23 & 29 & nothing coming no email update or communication until I emailed company then was another 2 weeks said was late arriving to warehouse after that delivery company were very good with communication

I called Furniture world on the next day but they advised me to contact delivery service. I called few time and sent a email but i didnt hear from them. Furniture world itself was ok but when specifying delivery there should be a clear option for delivery AND assembly. Table was so badly damaged we had to return it and cancel order.

Furniture world were very efficient on notifying me of my order, dispatch and projector delivery day. When my bookcase arrived, it was beautifully packed. I unpacked it there was no sign of damage whatsoever.

The staff at Truro branch were excellent so helpful when we had trouble ourselves with the weight of of the table being unable to put it upright , came out to us and solved the problem quickly and efficiently.
